Second time going to this store and the dining area smelled like a gnarly bathroom! I mean, that smell was STRONG. I felt bad for the employees because I KNOW they GOT to smell that, which makes me think the place might have pluming or ventilation issues, and it can't be resolved by cleaning. I was additionally surprised when I walked in, because there was a line! I was like, "these people don't care that this place smelled so strong of booboo that you can almost taste it in your mouth? They're going to have a sandwich where all those ingredients are sitting out in that nasty dookie smelling air?" ??
My best friend and I had chosen this location due to it being clean and well ran.However on April 11 2022, while waiting in line to order the Manager on shift coughed unto someone's food, and once called out placed the meat back onto the bar. We then pointed out what he had done he got mad and asked us to leave.
I typically order from your store thru the app. Never had a issue. I know how to use the app. There must have had a glitch on the app. My sandwich was filled with stuff I don’t eat. I went back to get order fix. The girl said she was not going to do it because the app printed out what she put on my sandwich. That I had to buy another. I will not be going back to your store. Your server was so rude. But I’m sure she will not be reprimanded.
Great sandwich. Glad they decided to reinstate the ones that they deleted. I don't know who made the dumb decision to remove them from the menu.
Best Subway location I have ever been to. I go there frequently and pass 2 other Subway store on my way. The other two don't have the level of courtesy and experience as the Berea store! Keep up the good work!!!!!
We got the party packs for church lunch. They were great.The staff were exceptional. Very on t he e spot. It Pleased the church. We will use thier catering packs again.
So, we are in Tennesee, and NO SUBWAY CARRIES SOUP!!!! That is the silliest thing EVER to me. I am a soup eater, and a quick subway soup up north is perfect, and should have been down here too.
