Stopped today 05/16/2022 at around 2pm to get a protein salad, whent inside to place my order, they where to 2 employees, one was a young African American guy working behind the subway bar and the other white male employee that was at the dining room making out with his wife/girl friend that he refused me service, as I was walking out he still had the nerve to tell me "have a good day" what a joke of business practices

Fast, friendly, clean environment and great sandwiches

I used to love Subway until I ordered delivery from this restaurant and they never processed my order. The only thing that was processed was the charge on my account which went through. I had to contact my bank in order for the issue to be resolved.

It was made with care and it was great.

Avoid. We went thru the drive through. Which, by the way, is a touchscreen... a minor annoyance and extremely impersonal. We pull up to the window after placing our order (we almost left after the touchscreen thing bc, especially with Covid, why do you want to touch something a bunch of other people have been touching and is positively not being sanitized?? That's disgusting...) and after a few minutes, a woman with pink hair came to the window and politely told us it would be a few minutes. Ok, that's fine. We paid for our subs and waited. There was one singular customer in the store. We watched as both the pink haired lady and a black lady joked around and laughed with this one customer for about 15 minutes. They started making our sandwiches, but were so focused on their conversation with the other person in the store that they made the sandwiches wrong. It took us over 20 minutes to get 2 sandwiches, and they were not super detailed. The people at the Subway on 418 in Simpsonville can have the exact same sandwiches done, correctly, in about 6 or 7 minutes, if that long. The lady finally comes back to the window with our sandwiches, after the customer leaves, apologizes for the delay...... and gives us our food. After we leave, we find out it was not made correctly thanks to them goofing off with the other person in the store. So, if you want to wait forever to have your food made wrong, go ahead and go here. Otherwise, I'd pick a different store. Also, they touch stuff with gloves on their hands, then go back to making sandwiches...with the same gloves.... kinda defeats the purpose of using gloves if you don't change them out between doing things.

The store was clean the employees were friendly I was greeted when I walked in the

Perfectly crafted sub. They didn't just pile on ingredients. Excellent customer service as well.

Best subway ever I love my coworkers. That is my second home. Best sandwiches ever also try the meatball pizza. This subway is full of friendly workers.
