Meat had dead flies in it and the manager acted as if scooping them out was good enough!!!??? Disgusting!!!

Last night, ordered online, paid online, went to drive thru where I was completely ignored for over 45 minutes, then after I tapped on the drive thru window and the young man explained that someone just walked out and it was only the two employees. I just wanted to be acknowledged and worked in. Instead they ignored me and refused to make my order. No food but I had already paid for it. They won't answer the phone there and don't know how to handle basic customer service.I will never go to another Subway ever again.This is the second extremely upsetting situation I have experienced at a Subway restaurant. Freaks!!

This is what I ordered vs what I received. Even though the bread was wrong which I didn’t mind but that bread wasn’t even thawed properly as you can see in picture. And they didn’t bother toasted either. All 3 subs I ordered, breads are raw. Won’t prefer this location again.

Terrible food. I ordered using the drive thru and the order was screwed up so bad. The bread tasted very old and the sandwich was toasted way too long.

This is a GREAT Subway shop Nice people making great sandwiches!!... Word to the wise Do Not go to Subway in Pickens. They do not honor coupons sometimes they Open and Alot of times they NOT

My review of the place would be 5 stars because I come go to this Sunday frequently but today I am very disappointed there was a girl doing my order who had put her hair all up on my sandwich while putting the vegetables. I felt ddisgusted and did other things but honestly I just feel is disappointed.

Terrible. Will not order from here again. Ordered online was there at pick up time my order was not ready. Tried to give me someone else's order twice. After waiting 25 minutes after pick-up time I finally got the 2 subs that I ordered online 45 minutes ago.

Employees were incredibly rude, out of 4 employees only 1 had on a mask. Complained the entire time about making my order. Made 1 of the sandwiches completely wrong but by that point I was so over being there I just paid and left. Went to a different location and purchased another of the sandwich that was made wrong and had a MUCHHH better experience.

I was just recently there I got home and my bread was hard as a rock being early I'd figure it would had been fresh. The employee at the window was exceptionally very good customer service just disappointed in my sub.
