I ordered this protein box, which clearly says it comes with 2 eggs, however I received the one egg WITH the rotten apples through drive thru, but when I entered the store there were freshly packed eggs and cheddar cheese protein boxes out, so why did my box look thrown together??? I spoke with the manager, but he had a smirk on his face the whole entire time ?Never will I return to spend my hard earned money at this store!
I entered this store today approximately 10:00 am and I was discriminated against by an employee for the second time. I was the only customer in the store placing an order. The white female was very nice. The indian native male never spoke. Then he got my coffee and slammed it to the counter not saying one word. My name is Jack Logan
While the line get be long because of how busy it is, they get through the line very fast and still make the drinks taste amazing! Great way to start your day:)
I absolutely LOVE this Starbucks… I’m an avid coffee drinker, and though I’m not the biggest fan of Starbucks in general, this location in particular is just AMAZING… I stop by pretty often with my dogs in the mornings on the weekend and even though they’re usually busy the ALWAYS take the time to say hey to my dogs and exchange a moment of friendly chatter… some even remember my dogs names even though I know they see thousands of people and dogs everyday… just wanted to really acknowledge this crew because it really goes a long way… honestly I probably would not stop there otherwise… I know their job just be super fast paced and stressful so for them to still have it in them to maintain such a positive attitude and friendly disposition really says a lot about their character!!! No brand or shop is really any better than the staff and this staff makes this Starbucks the best in town!!!
Beautiful location with a spacious interior, located on the edge of what I’d consider downtown proper.As expected, very busy on the morning commute into Greenville. Friendly staff that prepare drinks to order. The egg bites were fabulous!I ordered my favorite - Green Tea Frapp with peppermint syrup.
This Starbucks has the best customer service!!! They are very quick with my orders and very polite at the drive through . My drinks have a great flavor!!
Boom… I will not come back to this Starbucks again. They charged me for stuff today other Starbucks don’t. When questioned they could not produce an answer. And my drink was not good and the second one made was not good either. I would give 0 stars on customer service. I will continue to go to Cherrydale And TR locations. Those locations treat everybody good . Even the new customers and black people
Close dinning area early again without warning. I mean it is like 3 hrs early. If you cannot stay open as a result of whatever, staffing, lazyness, etc. consistently, just change the hours so people dont drive over. That would be courteous.
