This is my all time favorite Starbucks in Greenville—- and one of the absolute best of any I’ve ever been to!The atmosphere is relaxing, clean, and cozy and perfect for studying or chatting with friends. I really appreciate that the music is never playing too loudly!I usually place my morning coffee order on my Starbucks app when I’m leaving my house for work. I stop by the store, go inside and my order is ready and waiting for me, and the baristas will always smile and wave when I come inside. I just want to give a shout out for this location— and keep up the good work!! ????

Friendly efficient service at drive-through area. Ordered special request drinks and got what we ordered correctly and without complaints. We initially missed the entrance to this location but made the next turn into a shopping center and was able to conveniently enter the Starbucks drive through by way of a rear entrance which was nice because if not I may have went somewhere else to another Starbucks location for coffee.
the people are friendly and i always have good experiences but my pink drink should never be this watery esp if i’m paying as much as i am (which i don’t mind if made right)
Man, tell me why I can go to the Starbucks on Haywood, the line can be wrapped around the whole building, and I’ll be in and out of the drive thru in 5 mins. Then, I come to the Laurens Rd one and I already KNOW I’m going to sit in the drive thru line for 20+ min no matter who’s in line. I’ve tried doing inside pick up, that takes forever too. Ugh. Don’t come to this location unless you got time to spare ?
I regularly come here and I absolutely love the atmosphere for studying. The baristas that typically make my drink are usually great, however, they really need to train their new workers much better. I have ordered a white mocha for YEARS and this is the first time I’ve ever received such a horribly made drink. And it’s already happened twice. I understand they are new but they could use some practice before serving customers.
The Lauren's Rd location has great natural lighting. A good atmosphere to do work. I do miss the access to the side bar, however, glad that there is no access as a means of demonstrating social distancing. Which means this location is mindful for consumers and staff alike.
Nice & delicious cappuccino but would have liked it to be hot instead of slightly better than warm. I guess I can thank those clumsy a_holes that sued McDonald's for spilling hot coffee on themselves & ruining it for the rest of us coffee lovers.Friendly and helpful staff, Thank-you
I go to this location daily due to working 30 seconds away! Probably daily for the past year or so! Service is consistent and it’s been extremely rare for my drink to be incorrect! Not their fault for being understaffed or having a line, and it’s life to have errors in drink orders. I’ve always been treated with respect once it’s my turn to order and I’ve never been rushed through. Thank you guys!
For some reason the people in front of me they took 10 minutes.When I got my drink it was melted it did not look like the regular drink in a photo
