It took a while to get my order here but they were short staffed, as are a lot of places right now. I wont hold that against them. They were super friendly and polite. 5 stars for this Starbucks location.
The employees here are really amazing. I understand the store hour change but I don’t understand how Starbucks as a company can open another Starbucks down the road when they can’t even fully staff this one? Doesn’t make any sense, hopefully the employees aren’t being mistreated like the customers are lol
I stop at this Starbucks every morning on my way to work. I order the same thing every morning but, this morning I was given something different. I called and spoke with the manager which he had an attitude and refuse to do anything about it. I also order a peach water this day and was charged $3.45 which I am charged $0.88 every where else. I was told that every where else was charging me wrong and yet again Refuse to do anything. I didn’t go for several days so I decided to give them another try and I was telling the cashier what had happened and I didn’t want any chocolate chunks in my white chocolate mocha like they had given previously. Once again the manager came on the speaker and was rude again saying ok we will handle that pull forward… I use to like the fast service until I realized that they just rush you through screwing up orders after orders.. . I will start going out my way just to get the best customer service and the right products from a different location.
It's okay. Recipe is definitely different then it was 3 years ago. Don't go to Starbucks too much anymore because my order just didn't taste right like 3 times. Need someone to get the recipe right.
Made an order through the app. When we arrived to pick our order up by drive thru it was huge and we decided to go inside for an order. The order was not fully assembled?. Of the four drinks, only two were. When I asked where the rest was (because people who came later than me received orders and left ... new customers came and made orders for them) only then they remembered about us and continued to collect and again? ... did the rest and we waited again while I ASKED AGAIN why our order is not completely ready? In total, we spent 40 minutes there to receive our order in full.???
Love Starbucks l love the Pumpkin Spice latte, I know it's a fall one but wished they would have it year round!
I'm giving 5 stars because what I love more than a cup a coffee is the baristas teaching and lifting each other up. I saw a lady give a new barista a friendly tip on how to make milk foam easily and consistently.
I just had to wait over FORTY minutes for one single cup of coffee here. There is no good explanation why this should ever happen, I would advise anyone looking for coffee to go to the closest Dunkin or qt instead of trying to deal with this Starbucks sadly...
The drive thru person was delightful! Good way to start my day!
Starbucks is Starbucks. The coffee was good but my company was better. We ordered the peppermint mocha.
