This location has had blonde espresso turned off in their mobile orders for months, and other stores in the area have it, so there isn't a supply chain shortage. As a former Starbucks shift supervisor, I know this is an easy fix. The staff is all really friendly and sweet though, and other than my espresso preference, my drink is perfect every time. I've never been served dead shots here, and they've never given me dairy milk by mistake. ?
Hate this location!! Terrible terrible service. I'm a loyal customer to starbucks and I'm at a different location every single day depending on the area that I'm in. This starbucks is the only starbucks that I go to that fills my cup up every single time I come 1/4 of the way, if even that, when I order a cappucino and the rest is foam. I've explained to the baristas several times that if I'm ordering a drink and paying over $7 for it the last thing I want is all foam in the cup. They seem to make a joke out of my complaint and know exactly who I am now when I pull up. The other day after receiving my drink I ended up having to leave the drive thru and go straight into the store. After telling them I wanted a wet cappacino they gave me a cup with all foam and syrup. It's was way too sweet to even drink! Management needs to get involved with this poor crew and starbucks has definitely lost a loyal customer. 7 brew coffee treats their customers alot better and they give you what you ask for everytime.

I just came from the store and it was closed. I went there at 7 AM and today is Wednesday and it’s not a holiday. The app says it that location is open and its hours are 5:30 AM to 9 PM on Wednesdays. Online it says that location‘s hours are 5:30 AM to 9 PM on Wednesdays. Google maps says that the hours are 5:30 AM to 9 PM on Wednesdays. Even the sign at the store says their hours are 5:30 AM to 9 PM on Wednesdays. Rode all the way to that location and it was closed. First off why are they close in the middle of the week in the morning which is a prime time. And why do they not have updated store hours if they’re no longer opening on Wednesday mornings? Highly unprofessional. I have always went to that location around the same time or earlier and never had a problem with it being closed before. Such a huge waste of time on the way to work. So as a warning to all of the customers the store must run on its own hours and may not be open.
Ordered ahead via the app for pick up in store. When I got to the location, I was unable to pick up in store, and had to go through the drive thru for my order. If the in store pick up option isn’t available, it’s usually turned off. Now, I have to wait in the drive thru for 10 minutes to get my drink, that I usually can walk inside, pickup, and leave. I would have chosen a different store if I knew this.
Friendly service and delicious food and coffee. Love the egg bites! Warm atmosphere.

Ok. They were super friendly. However it took forever. Hate to say it but it's true. Ordered ahead and was in line for 28 minutes. Maybe next time.
My card number was stolen from this location when I confronted the manager she told me it was not their fault. And from past working experience within fraud management with a bank, I educated her on fraud. I came here for 3 months every morning and not one person treated me with any customer service or even knew my face.
Not the best Starbucks in Greenville. Alternative milk options are usually sold out (according to the app). The baristas are friendly!
