Wonderful frappuccino will definitely go back friendly staff
I go to Starbucks every morning on my way to work, and this morning I was picking up an order for a co worker as well as my own. They accidentally made the drinks grande and since I was grabbing for a co worker I always make sure to get what they asked for so I said oh no those are actually suppose to be venti so they remade the drinks, which was nice of them, but they were missing the syrup. This “mistake” seemed as if it was on purpose because they showed it in their facial expressions that I was an extreme inconvenience. Starbucks is not cheap. I was not rude in any way, and now I’m upset. I ended up with drinks that taste awful. Very poor customer service and I will never be back!
This is the second time that I have had an order messed up. With the staffing issues I left the first time alone but I am a diabetic and specifically order a hot Chai tea with half and half and Splenda not a chai latte. The latte is made with presweetened syrup. The tea bag has no sweeteners in it so I can add my own. I tried to call but received no answer. You could kill someone like this!! Please pay more attention.

I'm sorry, but Starbucks did not impress me. Besides the drinks being grossly overpriced, the sea salt carmel iced coffee I had did not have that much taste to it. The place is very clean and the wait staff friendly and helpful. Maybe I would have been more receptive to a hot coffee ---don't know.
Sad that we've got to pray for the best to get what we're asking for made correctly. However this Starbucks never fails to get my quirky drink correct. Thanks guys.

I love Starbucks but it's a little expensive so I don't get to go often but when I do I get a camera macchiato on this day for some reason they made a cold caramel macchiato even though I asked for hot they remade it I didn't mind waiting for the remake but it was probably the worst Starbucks I bought since I've started going to Starbucks I think it more or less was probably a lack of training
Always friendly in the morning! This is my favorite location! And they make my coffee perfect!
