I want take a minute for a shout out to the manager of the E.North St location, Greenville. Some unexpected problems with the coffee machine did not cause her to miss a beat. This woman (didn't get her name) was accommodating, informative and composed while trying to serve guests as best as she could. We waited a few extra minutes and she was able to provide us with a delicious hot pour-over. Her attitude was impressive and we will be back!! DM take note ??
Starbucks is always a treat and their employees are usually super nice and very positive. A Starbucks drink adds a bright spot to my day!
Well its Starbucks. They have good coffee at a high price. So when you feel like spending 5 to 10 dollars on a cup of coffee this is the place.
I wish that I could give a zero star. When I tell you that I had the worst experience today. I had the worst experience. Sooo I went and ordered my drink and they repeated it back to me correctly fixed it wrong 3 times. Went around front and waited for 5 to 7 minutes and no one bought me my drink then I went back to the window asked for a refund and ANDY short changed me twice. I will NOT EVER GO BACK HERE I AM CLOSER TO THIS ONE BUT I'LL DRIVE TO THE FURTHER ONE FOR BETTER SERVICE and correct drink...
The employees at this location are nice but they play entirely too much at the window and they cut you off before you can even get your order out at the menu. When one particular male works at the window I notice that the employees pay less attention to my order because they're too busy laughing while taking the order. They happened to get my order wrong today because of this. This is the 3rd time this has happened.
Came to this location for the first time ever today since the one on Wade Hampton was closed. Abby was so nice and friendly, my drink was delicious and the cake pops were soo good!
About the only Starbucks around who can make my coffee the way I like it, light and sweet. Always have the best attitude at the window, not so much at the counter.
My neice was missing and these sweet employees helped me find her! They notified me when she came in the store. I'm so thankful. Such amazing people!
I didn't like that I had to drive thru after 5 pm on a Saturday. I wanted to buy a ☕ cup. I had to choose over the Speaker.
