I stood there for about 10 minutes while the 2 employees were oblivious to my presence and continued making coffee like a pair of robots. When I finally approached the counter the female robot snapped at me to move back without bothering to offer any information on where or how to order. We ended going to Spill the Beans where I was instantly greeted and my order was taken without feeling ignored.
This review is for the Starbucks Pickup location process on Broad and Main is not customer friendly. You have to use an App,sign up give personal and credit card information just for a coffee. Also, you have to purchase a $15 gift card to order anything too. I saw two other people not purchase anything here in the five minutes I was there.
My coffee was terrible. They forgot to add any sweetener at all and the flavoring. I got hot coffee with milk and that's it. How do you forget half the latte?
Starbucks was nice, the workers were really nice, and they said it was a long wait but I understood! Aside from the busyness overall I liked it, it was downtown so I'm not surprised it was busy!
Maybe one of the last Starbucks that hasn't become synonymous with Subway or some other equally cardboard franchise front. These folks still appreciate coffee and an inviting place to enjoy it. Again-- Even if it is Starbucks.
Got my order wrong , then cup was 3/4 full while making others coffee, half of the cup dripped not in the cup . Not cool

Nice customer service and good drinks! Not big enough to hang out inside, but perfect for grab and go!
Great Starbucks ! Please do not change the recipe brew time for your ColdBrew! Every Starbucks I have been to lately has screwed with the recipe or something and it tastes terrible ! This location gets it right!! smooth and delicious .
Horrible wait time. One barrister making coffee during busy hours. Seriously waited 25 min for one coffee. Absolutely ridiculous. Small crowded atmosphere and bottle neck wait line that is not conducive for serving people
