Today I was in the drive thru at this Smoothie King. I ordered my usual but when I get up to the window, the girl didn’t have my order but someone else’s behind me. When I said that isn’t my order, she asked me what I ordered and I told her. She closed the window and then I could see all 3 girls - all 3 with headsets on - trying to find my order. When the 2nd girl came to the window and asked me what I ordered, I simply told her never mind to which she responded ‘I don’t blame you. Have a nice day’. Really?!?!

I always come to this smoothie king and I’ve never had problems now I think theirs a new worker by the name Christian who gives me a bad attitude everyday I get a smoothie I asked him for a foam cup and he gave me plastic and when I asked him to give me a different cup he snatched it out of my hand aggressively. If I could rate it 0 I would. Never go here constant attitudes and horrible customer service
Don’t go to this location! Terrible customer service. I ordered a 32 oz smoothie, when I got to the window I gave them a coupon that I received in the mail recently. The girl rung it up and it worked and when I’m about to pay, the rude manager runs over and says she not gonna accept the coupon even though it works and that I have to pay full price. Rude and disrespectful attitude!!! 0 stars
I walked into this Smoothie King location earlier this week and realized that there was only one employee named Willow present and she had her 'hands full' with customers inside and at the drive-thru. She continued to work diligently and take care of the customers ahead of me and then her co-worker named Avery showed up, washed her hands and jumped into action right beside her. It was a beautiful thing to see! In these times; challenging as they may or may not be, it is my wish that these 2 employees are recognized by the franchisee and corporate office. Thank you for hiring such good hardworking people and know for that reason alone I will be back again and again... Willow and Avery; thank you and keep rocking it and making the world a better place. The smoothie was awesome!!!
Pulled up to drive through and waited for 5-10 minutes at microphone to order then a kid comes on and says due to the time we are not taking anymore orders. It was 755 and they close at 8 I was there at 745 ?♀️ Not my style of business

This is supposed to be strawberries with peanut butter but this is straight up just peanut butter in water and you can’t even get past through the straw. I go to this store because it’s so close to my place but the workers here are so inconsistent! I go here on the go all the time because I’m super busy and the last thing I want when I want something to fill me up when I’m out and about is getting super disappointed to a super simple order that is messed up and I can’t go back because I have to be somewhere. Happened multiple times. This is going to be the last time I come here.
I ordered the strawberry hulk which is always so good and everyone is always so friendly, but today all the girls were very rude and looked as if they didn’t know how to make the smoothie and when i got it and took a sip it tasted straight whey protein like they forgot to add the ice cream and they blended it 4 times and kept repouring it. i’m very disappointed and will no longer go to the woodruff rd location:(
