I absolutely love smoothie king for one reason , Ella and Chloe. I have made it a priority to come every morning just for a fantastic smoothie made by Chloe and given to me by Ella. I have came at nights and it’s just not the same as Ella and Chloe. Ella and chloe are what makes this location top tier. ELLA AND CHLOE make the drive through wait worth it ?
We go there this morning for veggie slim and trim smoothies sub raspberries for mango. The one handed to me for my mother looks like baby barf and has smoothie all over the cup I ask the cashier at the window to wipe it off she hands me napkins to wipe it off myself, the other smoothie was blue! Both tasted horrible they didn’t taste like veggie slim n trim. I asked why one was blue I was told the girl making the smoothies may not have put as much kale in it that upset me I told her no one omitted kale from either smoothie, and no one added blueberries either no reason for it to be blue. I’ve gotten veggie slim and trim sub raspberries for mango before and it was still green!! She didn’t offer to make it right either not that I had anymore time to wait bc I had been sitting in line for 30min or longer. Girl at the window trying to look cute acting like she was clueless while the one inside making smoothies was going very slow like she was really confused and did t know what was going on! I had gone in last week and the guys working last week were playing around laughing the floors were nasty it smelt nasty in there and they handed me a cup with smoothie all over it and they didn’t even make it right either! The smoothies from this morning were not veggie slim and trims and I don’t appreciate the horrible service received this morning or last week!
Seems new management and a new team has come in 2022 and changed the recipes or something, but has a little better customer service! In 2021, although the old crew did not either greet you or did not greet you with a smile (just raggedy customer service skills), the old crew that was there then at least fixed my smoothies correctly. I was faithfully coming, but slowed because of the change in the consistency of the Peanut Power Plus. I have had to have them fix my smoothie over during about three visits. They've gotten it right the second time, except once. I don't know if those times the same or a different employee fixed it. If you go to this S. Pleasantburg Drive location, patience is needed. New staff is obviously still learning the job so don't go if you're in a hurry and see a line in the drive-thru.
Smoothie was really good, but customer service is lacking....I asked for a bag to carry my items and one of the workers asked what the bag was needed for??Seriously, who asks that...waited too long for my smoothie,, was asked three times what I ordered, the last time I was asked, I realized that my order was done and just sitting on the counter, no sorry for your wait or anything, I won't be going back

It is painfully slow going through the drive through. I am a adamant Smoothie King goer, but this service has ruined the experience. We have been sitting in the drive through line for about 37 minutes now. I come almost every week and always get the same results of just waiting. If it were not for my pure enjoyment of smoothies then I would never come back. Just a heads up if you are in a time crunch and wanting to go to this smoothie king. I would NOT recommend coming to this one in Pleasantburg .

Time after time I have given this location a chance. I’ve spent a lot of my hard earned money at Smoothie King. The Woodruff road location almost has it memorized, makes it right and is nice. The complete opposite experience of this location. This one is sometimes more convenient, so I gave it a try again today only to receive another smoothie that doesn’t taste right, is watered down, and almost thrown at me by the same miserable cashier that slams the window without a thank you while I give her one..without a receipt. This is the same behavior I’ve experience from her and similar behavior given by the staff here. In fact, not ONE of them is friendly at least on the morning shift. I used to enjoy going to Fresh Market and stopping by here but today was the last straw and I won’t return. I suggest if you want a smoothie, go to the one on Woodruff road or try another business. This one won’t be getting another dollar from me since I’m throwing away my smoothie as we speak.
Never had it and now I never will. We were in the drive thru to place an order only to be told they were closing the drive thru and had to wait in line behind other cars and go inside to place our order. If you're going to close the drive thru, put an orange cone so others know it's closed. A hand written note was being placed as we waited to leave. Customer service really is dead.
