Walked in and was seated promptly. The service was great and the pizza was perfect. I ordered the arugula pizza with their homemade gluten free pizza dough.Parking on property can be hard, but today I was able to get a spot quickly.

I adore Sidewall, but I'll never eat in-house again and will stick with delivery.Out server, while sweet, was not present throughout most our meal and completely forgot about us. After we ordered appetizers, which took thirty-five minutes (and didn't come out together) to arrive, we didn't see her again for another hour. We ended up having to place our order with another server. The peaches on the Peach Salad were not ripe and the Margarita pizza came with less than 6 julienned strips of basil - atrocious considering it's only a three-component pizza andand when we asked for additional crostini for our Buffalo Dip appetizer, we didn't get them until after we paid out - a near thirty minutes after we requested them. She never refilled our drinks or asked how our meal was or if we needed anything.

Very good overall. The pizza is delicious - the best option is the Tommy, which has spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, parmesan. The vibe is retro. There’s an outdoors, ADA compliant eating area as well as indoors with a bar. The wait for a pizza is usually 10-15 minutes, but can be 20-30 during busy hours (especially weekends 5pm-7). Waiters are actually helpful & nice. One thing that could be better is the cleanliness. The ledge outside by the picnic tables needs a good cleaning.

Sidewall has some delicious ice cream, ya'll! And they even have coconut milk-based ice creams! Each week they roll out a new, inventive ice cream (cows milk-based), and every other week they debut a vegan (coconut milk-based) ice cream flavor. Vanilla and chocolate are always on the menu for each. And the little silver dishes they serve the ice cream in are just fun!

This review is solely for customer service. We didn't eat here because of some random power outage that happened in the area but the waitress was sweet + hospitable and invited us in to sit down and gave us water (in the hot summer heat). We watched them work to take care of customers who'd already been dining + were trying to leave, and even others who'd called in orders. They clearly made the most of an odd situation.

My fave family birthday destination! Join the birthday club in their website for a free dine in pizza or discount for take out! Wedge salad, bread sticks, and stromboli are my faves! Try the ranch dip as well! Yum!?

I originally thought this location had good pizza but my experience there was not very good. I have pet allergies and there was a giant and very hairy dog at another table inside the location. There was a fan blowing in the seating area that was literally blowing dog hair on my table. I wouldn't go to this place again because of the very high risk of having dog hair in my food or another allergic episode.

I’ve never written a negative review before, but our experience was beyond bad. We phoned in the call in order (“will be 50 minutes until ready”- that’s cool) When we arrived to pick up the pizza they informed us they were out of what we ordered. No attempt was made to call us in advance, so we wasted 20 minutes of driving there and 20 back- to get no pizza. To make it worse, the attitude of the employee was indifferent if not hostile towards us. The general vibe was, “we don’t have your pizza you ordered, not my fault, so bye”

Very good pizza. A bit pricey but unique flavors. The salads were very good as well. The dough was also excellent.
