Scheduled and attended a tasting. Planned a menu, had great conversation and then....nothing. Ghosted. Have sent emails and left multiple messages. Nothing. Not even a, “ no thanks, we’d rather not cater your wedding.”
I'll admit I'm very late on posting this review as I got married in October of 2018, but I wouldn't recommend Seasons to any couple getting married for any reason other than for the food. The head chef and owner was very rude and tried to argue with me on several occasions about simple math/that I hadn't paid correctly. Even told me prior to my wedding starting that I still had a balance to which I promptly told her no I didn't and had all of my receipts/proof of payment. There was severe lack of communication and this is partially due to the fact that they were changing catering directors for weddings (not sure of exact title) during this time. I wouldn't use this company for a catering need ever again.

I setup catering to be dropped of at my house for a dinner party on a Saturday evening. After dishes were picked and details finalized (or so I thought), I was told we had to pick it up on Friday during business hours which meant either me or my husband had to get off work early. I then was responsible for storing and reheating the food myself. The reason I wanted the event catered in the first place was so I didn't have to deal with the time and stress involved. I wanted the food to arrive ready to eat as originally discussed so I could enjoy the time with my guests. To make it worse... When my husband went to pick everything up on Friday, moments after a woman apologized and admitted she was at fault, another woman walks out and tells my husband that I was a liar.

Seasons recently catered my sister’s wedding. My family had kindly asked that the food be boxed up and sent home with family and wedding party. However, the servers had everything cleaned up and take away within an hour of dinner being served. None was boxed up and sent home with family as requested. We were very disappointed and I have never seen a more disrespectful and careless caterer. The tables were plain with no accents or signs. The food was tasteless and the servers were rude! I hope my sister was not as disappointed as my family was! I will never recommend or use again!
