Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Switched over from Costco a week ago and already regret it. Seaked out this page just to find out my concern is a trend. Terrible customer service at Woodruff Road they have absolutely no interest in answering the phone. Even had an associate in the tire room laugh when I explained to him that I had I called twice and waited over six minutes each time. They said member services does not like to answer the phone
Have been trying to get in touch with a human for hours and have called every single department with NO ONE answering the phone!!!! This is the very reason Costco will be getting our membership instead of Sams
This Sams is well run, clean, and easy to get in and out of.

I am an outside contract driver making a delivery The guys in receiving that was unloading my truck very very very friendly guy very talkative very comedian oriented I don't remember his name to give him credit to the company but when you have receivers like this you don't mind making a delivery to places where the receiver does not give you attitude but make you feel welcome.

Their employees keep us coming back. We look forward to seeing familiar faces. I've witnessed customers smiling as they walk out the door, despite having to stand in another line to exit the building. This store has been blessed with some awesome employees that enjoy their jobs no matter how sorry the managers are. An employee called while in the hospital scared for her life. So disappointed with Sams Club. I’ve had patience through the remodeling, even though the bakery department is one third the size it was. But the prices for same amount of product have skyrocketed. Romain lettuce up $1, Grated cheese up $2, dairy is up as well. I guess it’s recouping their remodel cost. From now on I shall drive to Spartanburg Sams or Costco.
