First time at Sachs’s. Great food and service.

I would love to give them 5 stars because the food is absolutely amazing but the service is terrible! I would recommend you to call and pick up your order. We have been in to eat many of times and every time the service has been bad, the waitresses and waiters seam to rather hang out and talk to each other then to work. They take a long time to come ask you if you would like another drink or anything else or even your check. I am not sure if there is any manager or owner in the restaurant during business hours and it’s a shame because like I said the food is absolutely delicious and the prices are great also.. We were so happy to find this restaurant especially because it’s an authentic Columbia restaurant but after our last experience we will not go back. The last time we went in, we walked in and they sat us down and we watched them sit 2 other tables after us and they helped them right away and we waited another 15 minutes and still no one came to our table and we watched the waitress just walk around and talk and the other workers so we walked out, they really need to have a talk with their workers.

Gooooo try this! Sauces are incredible. The place looks like an old brick building but don’t be scared of it. Great food (the the special!) and a long bar at the bottom area. Lunch was fun. Support all the local you can! !!!!!

Very good! I got the stuffed Pollo Desmachado and the Patacon Sacha and they were both good. Pretty heavy in the meat also, which is a happy plus. They also brought out 3 sauces, I couldn’t really identify what any of them were. Alls I know is that they tasted good. I tried not to overdo the saucing since it was my first time and I wanted to taste the unaltered food.Pictures attached. The small item on the left is the Patacon Sacha. The item in the right is the Pollo Desmachado.

First time trying Sacha's tonight and it was absolutely delicious! We don't have places like this back home, so when we do find places like this, we go. It was a bit busy tonight when we went but our server was great. Our food was delicious and filling and we left satisfied. If we ever make it back down this way, we will definitely be back!

Authentic Colombian great tasting food....great atmosphere, good service too! Not stingy with servings and plenty to choose from the menu. Will definitely comeback. Highly recommended.

We almost drove past it. It's rather unassuming from the outside, but nice inside. The menu has a fair amount of familiar Latin American items (Cuban sandwich, arepas, fried plantain ... well, banana anyway). I had the cazuelita ranchera, which I will finish for lunch today. My husband had the Sacha's Cuban without mustard, not being a mustard fan. My avocado and rice were a bit slow in arriving. It seemed odd to be presented with just a bowl of what looks like chili and the side dish not there.

This review is regarding the West End location. We visit this location at least once a week for supper and the service and food is usually great. This week, our experience was different. The service and food was not great. Our waitress, Jasmin, was too busy on her phone to wait on us. She really acted like she didn't want to be there and we were a bother. She forgot our appetizer, then our beer, and then we ran out of drink. I can see if the restaurant is busy, but there was only 1 table with 2 people besides us. The food was not as good as it usually is, which was a surprise. I guess this is a sign of the times, but it was disappointing since we love this restaurant.

Great Latin food, must try

excelente servicio y su comida es excelente
