Food was good nice authentic taste, the meat in the quesabirria was dry though… the corn was good need more coating since it all gets stucks on the foil.. beef & cheese empanada was good going to try a different filling next time… bowl and fries was good and flavorful just wish the sauces had more flavor
We got several different things, Black Bean Empanadas, plantains, authentic tacos, chips, burritos and everything was wonderful!
I thought the overall menu and atmosphere was great and the service was good, but was somewhat disappointed in the street tacos I got during my first visit, but it likely could have been due to personal preference. They were less like street tacos and large flour tortillas, the fillings were yummy but the slaw on my fish taco had so much pepper it overpowered the flavor of everything else. Going to come back and visit soon and try something else and will update. I hear the best thing to get here is the bowls. Good spot for a quick lunch downtown as it's order at the counter and the food came out fast!
The service was good. The cashier lady was very nice and helpful. The food made us sick. We had to go to the ER for stomach ache and vomiting. It didn’t taste great and I left almost more than half of it. So sorry about this. We had great expectations
The place is nice and the service was more than amazing. People is super friendly and I have a nice relaxing night. Regarding the flavor I mean is really hard to be able to get a good prepared corn in the US so I was not expecting to get a good one, the empanada was really good and the quesabirrias were not my favorite ones but they ate good. Is not expensive at all so I would recommend this place for sure.
I came craving some Elote. The visit was very calm. I seemed to come in the slow hour so my food came out quick and hot. I very much enjoyed the Empanada. It was delightful. The elote seemed to be missing something and that's definitely what i came for. I only docked one star for that because the rest was great and I'll definitely be back for that empanada ❤️
Finally got to try Sabor out and really liked it! I’ve been following them for awhile and was anxious to try this restaurant out. I was in the mood for some good nachos and these did not disappoint! I loved the vibe in here, some great art work on the walls and plenty of seating here as well. Staff was nice and was able to place my order quickly and got it pretty fast too, I ordered nachos with grilled veggies, so good! Hubby ordered the 3 amigas burrito and wasn’t a fan of it but next time he’ll try something else, definitely pop on by here when you’re in downtown Greenville!
This eatery is worth your time. Everything is fresh and tastes as good as it sounds. Staff is friendly and place is clean.Yucca “nachos/fries” are my favorite
One of my favorite places to eat. This is the 3rd location I’ve been to, and they are consistently amazing. The nachos are large enough to share for 2 people. Salsa bar has a good variety of different flavors.
First time visiting this place. Nice looking place. Very clean and elegant bathrooms. (Unfortunately, a lot restaurants don't pay much attention to that topic).Very friendly environment. They got big screens TV so you can watch sports.Awesome food, NOT expensive for a place that is located at Downtown, Greenville. I order the tacos called quesobirria and my wife order a special arepa. Really goooood! Also, try the guava-pineapple empanadas. We order 2 of those!Definitely will comeback. Highly recommend!
