Horrible experience. I have raved for years about this establishment. Reserved a table for 6 while on business trip. We are all business owners and know how important customer service is. After the over 100$ of steak were extremely overcooked....a manager brought the replacements with a nasty attitude, lack of concern for our complaint and then proceded to yell at us while we were leaving. ? this is unacceptable and extremely dissapointing. 371$ worth of nothing but a waste of time, money, and we will never be back at this location.

Mother's day... Service not good, food just okay. Order took a while. CALAMARI just don't order, chewy and left alot to be desired. Waiter told me that I could have whatever dessert I wanted instead of just giving me the chef's portion of the dessert. Then pretended to do me a favor by taking the desserts off the bill because they ruined my daughter's lobster dinner. Just bad service, never saw a manager. Won't return. Nothing was picture worthy. UPDATE: I wrote this review, someone responded and asked me to call, just to not return my call. Perhaps it's me. Horrible service still. Smh
Yikes...This was my 2nd try at Ruth chris and it will be my last. The salads had to be taken back because they put hollandaise on instead on dressing. It took 2 hours to get the entrees. My mid-rare filet was burnt, the mashed potatoes were so over cooked they formed a crust. The shrimp so was overseasoned that all you could taste was salt. The broccoli was undercooked and cold. 300$ later I've decided Ruth chris is a overhyped, overpriced Outback.

Our dinner was delicious. My salmon was perfectly prepared. My husband’s filet, lobster and shrimp were impeccable. We ordered too much food for the two of us. We brought home filet, asparagus and au gratin potatoes. Lee was a very professional and friendly server.
