Tonight was my first time getting Rita’s and it was a great experience. The employe there was super nice and respectful. And the Italian ice was just great!

Svena is incredibly rude and unpleasant. Our family has enjoyed Ritas weekly for years. Never complained- always a fun experience. This woman never smiles and never talks and looks like she hates her Job. EVERYTIME we have her she is rude and unpleasant! On my birthday I took my daughter and her friend for e n after school treat. Svena knew it was my birthday and was incredibly rude and ruined the experience. WHEN I ASKED FOR OWNERS NAME AND NUMBER SHE SAID " I DONT HAVE TO TELL YOU THAT!" ?I found out the owners name is Steve. STEVE PLEASE REACH OUT TO ME.

I traveled a long way to get to this ritas. I ordered my cotton candy Italian ice. The man fixed it and said you traveled a long way to get this. Its on the house today.
Everything is so delicious, it was difficult to make a choice! The owner, Steve, is so nice. Reasonable prices too. We love this place!
