Zack our waiter was great and nice to see Rick stopping by our table to check on us.
We eat there quite often and we were extremely disappointed in the food this time. Everyoneâs steak was cold when we received them. My soup was also cold when I received it. Very unusual experience there. Sad part is we had quests with us and we had told them how great the steaks are and then we have a terrible experience. Our server Filipe was excellent as usual.
The experience was nice, but we waited on drinks, appetizers, Main entrée and dessert. Then it took forever to get the check. I realize it is a dining experience but we were there for over two hours. Much too slow.
Rick Erwinâs West End Grille is the best of the best offering delicious food along with a cool bar to enjoy adult beverages and of course Rick Erwin will stop your table and offer you a personal greeting ! Love this place !

Had annniversary dinner last night and could not have had a better time. Wait staff was attentive, food was outstanding, and they had a small celebration for us because of the Anniversary. We liked their other restaurant but this is genuinely a cut above. Thanks to ALL!
The food and service were great, unfortunately the bathroom is not actually wheelchair accessible. Wonderful besides that but as an individual with a disability it was sad to see such a fine restaurant fail to be ADA compliant in the restroom.

Staff was accommodating and very professional. Food was top level. Great wine list that was varied. Our server was excellent, we enjoyed the experience. We have been dining here for many years and will continue!
