We visited Revival Butchery for the first time a few weeks ago. This is a beautiful and interesting shop. We purchased beef ribs, a whole chicken and skirt steak. We roasted the chicken and made chicken salad, chicken soup and chicken for dinner. It was delicious and maybe the best we've ever had (we usually like Springer Mountain Chicken, but the local chicken was as good if not better). We cooked the skirt steak on the stove top with butter and Japanese barbecue sauce, then finished it off in the broiler. The service here is excellent, it's a family-owned business, and they take pride in the shop. We highly recommend Revival!
Not only does Revival Butchery have high quality meats....the personalities and attitudes are so down to earth! Their knowledge of their products is superb!Also have more than just meat.Give em a try!

Came from Ocala Florida to spent Christmas vacation and looked for a meat place, well , we hit the jackpot!!!Revival Butchery , has the best different meat cuts you can taste, All meats are not only Prime but juicy and flavorful. The store Carrie’s other products , like their own coffee rub for the meats , awesome and we also bought some local butter. The store is clean , employees goes beyond to help and answer any question . Before we headed to our way back, we made a stopover to buy more meat to bring to our home in Ocala . Donwnsize - they don’t ship ?? Thanks to everyone in the store our experience was great !!!
The meat is amazing, but maybe even better than that is the customer service. The nicest group of hard working guys. They were covered up with business today, but handled it with grace and cheer. Nice work.
Best butcher there is. They knock it out of the park with steaks, pork, sausage and customer service. Will make you look like a dinner party hero.
Love the people here! They always take good care of us and have lots of options and things you wouldn't find other places. Dry aged Ribeyes, elk, and amazing sausages are a few of our favorite things. If you're looking for a fresh, friendly, knowledgeable butcher this is it!
