A friend and I had a drink at Reid’s this afternoon and spoke at length with Maddi. She was so pleasant and nice. We talked about a negative experience I had in the past and she was extremely helpful and insightful. Will definitely be back again! Maddi made our experience so lovely.

We had a group of 7 people show up to just have one drink at 9:20pm when the closing time is listed at 10:00pm. I understand kitchens close early but not the bar. We were rudely told they were almost closing and the person behind the bar rolled her eyes and scoffed at us when we said we only wanted one drink. No wonder they are always slow. The worst customer service I’ve seen for someone who could have easily made a quick $40 while closing the bar. It appears another group was turned away too. Your staff is losing your business.

Went here after lunch rush. Service was terrible! Almost had to scream for some help. Went to the deli counter twice and was not acknowledged until one of the cooks told the person that took my order that I was waiting. Ordered a avocado cheddar wrap with no onions. Order came with onions, a small slice of avocado and enough cheese that I don’t think a mouse could have found. The wrap was loaded with lettuce which cost a good bit of lettuce for what it was. Very disappointed with the experience especially since I had an out of town guest with me. Too many other good places in Greenville to eat with far better experience.

We loved it! The highlight of our dining experience was the free oyster roast they had for their customers! You buy a cocktail and start shucking unlimited oysters! It was hosted outside and there was lovely live music playing. It was a great atmosphere, everyone sharing oysters and good vibes! The food below is what we had for brunch and it was so delicious as well! The bagel sandwich and the biscuit bomb! Our second time and will definitely come here more often!

It was so bad. We arrived on time for our reservation. Then no one ever took our drink order til the hostess came back 10 min later and asked. Then a different guy brought our drinks and we ordered with him to be sure we got our order in since we hadn’t seen another employee snide sitting down. 45 min later (after ordering), no food. We told the server to cancel our order because we couldn’t wait any longer. He said he “doesn’t make the food,” gave no apology or reason for the delay…i only saw maybe one table around us that had food. I get everyone is short staffed, but don’t take reservations for a number of tables you can’t handle. Plus, the guitarist was singing “Puff the Magic Dragon…” very strange.

Honestly the manager Jen has RUINED this restaurant. She is a poor example of a business owner. I also saw that practically ALL of their staff has quit. I wonder why.. I'm so sorry to see such a good place get such a bad rep. Will NEVER go back -20/10 DO NOT RECCOMEND

I had the Breakfast Bomb, and it was unbelievable. Eggs, bacon, biscuit, cream cheese, caramelized onions & peppers all put into an amazing biscuit with bacon gravy over the top. I would eat it every morning if I could.

My husband enjoyed the Nashville Hot chicken and I had a delicious bagel sandwich. Sat outside in nice sunny area at 1:30 pm. They do have heaters, but took off one star because they apparently are not working. Appeared to have yummy gift baskets inside, but we did not venture in.

I finally made it! I had been wanting to visit the Charlotte location but since we were here in Greenville touring Furman University- and I noticed a young lady having a salad on Main Street and I asked where did you get that salad and she said Reid’s. I said to my husband- we need to go. We’re all hungry- no time like the present. I met Jennifer (she runs catering) she is so nice and friendly. Our son got a Greek salad and went straight outside but my husband and I explored the store. We went with a roast beef sandwich and a side of a broccoli crunch. Also added an interesting cola beverage to our order & the sour dough bread (pictured) that oh my goodness was so good.I’ll definitely be visiting again.

Great food, service and prices. Definitely will be back. Daniel provided excellent service, Matthew also checked in to make sure everything met expectations, and the Flatbread was fantastic (had to order 2 it was so good!)
