Red Robin in Greenville, has lost our business. We arrived as soon as they opened at 11am and were the first to enter the restaurant. As we were being seated, the hostess walked past the booth with untorn seats and directed us to sit in the booth with red duck tape over a large portion of the seat. The two customers behind us were seated in the booth with untorn seats. I'm not saying that we weren't offered the untorn seats because we were are a mixed-race family, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. We had to ask to be moved to seating that wasn't duck taped. When we received our food, the chicken salad that was ordered contained a tiny chicken breast which 3/4 of it could be covered by one cucumber from the salad. I could look past this. However, my son was served UNDERCOOKED, mostly RAW chicken strips! He had taken a few bites of it with bbq sauce. I'm so glad that he didn't eat it!! I decided to take a bite of the chicken before putting in a to-go container and noticed it was raw. The waitress refunded the kids meal. We will be spending our afternoon watching for the signs of food poisoning. We won't be back. We didn't feel as though they cared.
Went here for my sons 21st birthday tonight..Our waiter was one of the nicest ones I’ve ever met. Food and drinks came out quick. Was real good.. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name ( glasses and a beard) maybe a manager?? He even ran out while we were leaving to give my son the sunglasses he left. Best service I’ve had in so long.
We were craving pineapple burgers and had the best dinner today ? Greg was our server, and he did an amazing job at making us feel welcomed. Definitely going back
Our server, Greg, was absolutely fantastic! It was extremely busy and I'm sure they are understaffed, just like everyone else. He was attentive, kind, and I saw him literally RUN to his tables. Our food was delicious. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
It's hard to beat Red Robin burgers. Paired with some truly decadent and no-shame options (a fondue burger, really? I didn't know I needed that in my life!), the steak fries also are the best around with that perfect mix between crispy soft textures.This location also has the benefit of great service. Our server was fantastic and the rest of the staff were friendly. Thanks for a nice lunch hour Greg!
My bf and I went here yesterday and we will definitely be going back! It was our first ever visit to Red Robin, and it didn't disappoint. The girl seating us was very nice and urgent (she sat us in less than a minute waiting there), our waiter was a complete joy, and the food was the cherry on top! Everything was fresh and absolutely amazing! They have bottomless sides (bf and I didn't get a 2nd round because we couldn't eat anymore) and their portion sizes are perfect. If you're a fan of Root Beer Floats, I highly suggest ordering it (BOTTOMLESS REFILLS!!!). We really enjoyed the service and the food!
Just wow!! You all need to hire a new hostess. Not only did she not greet us (party of 6) it took her forever to seat us and then sat the menus at the opposite end of the table where no one was seated and barely opened her mouth to say the waiter would be coming. Some guy who didn’t introduce himself finally came over and asked would we like to order drinks. Absolutely no personality at all. Yes, people are over worked, tired, and understaffed but it costs ZERO dollars to be kind. Neither one of these workers made us feel welcomed. We immediately left, who wants to spend their hard earned money somewhere and the staff doesn’t even acknowledge your presence. Will not patronize at this location again, and the kids picked this place to eat after watching the Batman movie. Unfortunately we ended up going next door to Texas Roadhouse and received EXCELLENT customer service. My daughter even got to line dance with the Roadhouse staff.This happened Sunday 03/06/2022 around 3:45 PM
Service was decent. There were 3 of us from work. All ordered and paid separately. My Tavern burger was decent. I added raw onions and they were not good....to stringy and tough. The fries were hot and fresh. We offered drink refills quite often. Not much to complain about.
Popped in here b/c I didn't want to drive far from my hotel. Seemed busy for an early weekday evening. I did not have to wait for a table. Server was fine; food was adquate (grilled chicken sandwich and zucchini fries) but not memorable for any reason. Honestly I could have been at Denny's or Applebee's and not known any different except for the Red Robin decor. So you won't get a terrible meal here but i would not go out of my way for this Red Robin.
Did mobile order for curbside pickup. Indicated that my wife had food allergies when we customized the burger. We asked for no bun, no cheese and no mayo. It was printed correctly on the ticket, but was served with all of them. Luckily we checked before leaving. We spoke to the manager and he stated he was having it remade and was going to remove it from the check. Took another 2.0 minutes to get burger remade and we never got the refund. I submitted request to the website 10 days ago and no response.
