Excellent service! Crab Alfredo was fresh and tasty
The meal and service were good. However, they do not honor any reservations made in any way. When you arrive you are placed on the waiting list. They don’t understand why corporate allows reservations to be made through Open Table when they don’t honor them in the restaurant. A sweet and attentive server and the meal was exactly as ordered.

I grew up in Greenville and used to eat at this Red Lobster at this exact location often as a child and young adult. It's been about 35 years since my last meal here, just moved back to Greenville after a long time away and wanted to try it. I have good memories of this place and it did not disappoint. Our server was excellent and the food was very good. I had blackened salmon and clam strips, my wife had the flounder. All the food was hot and well prepared. Kudos to the management team here, they are doing a very good job.
Unlimited shrimp is the best value in America.

Went there for a baby shower for my sister-in-law and had the back room. The waiters that served us were absolutely terrible and we had to ask five or six times for anything and everything came out wrong. I then asked for my check and about an hour later I still did not have it and when everybody was trying to leave the waiters had every single check wrong. They did not seem to know what they were doing and we all had to wait about another 30 to 45 minutes to finally get our checks. They got the manager to come over and help and he seemed just as clueless as the waiters did. This was honestly probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant and I will not be back. If I could give 0 stars, I would absolutely do that.
Went in for lunch, food was good and service was quick. The only thing that was wrong was one of our orders was incorrect but we didn’t say anything because the sandwich was yummy.
I ordered a margarita and lobster lovers dream.. The drink and food were delicious.. I didn't have room in my full belly for the pasta.. the server was right on time with everything.. it was great!
