This is my third time going honestly which means I did give this place a chance I won’t speak on the first two times that I have visited I’m going to speak mostly on this last time I went which was this past Saturday! I ordered lemon pepper wings the fries were already wack and they looked as if they were over cooked but I still ate them anyway due to being super hungry at the time lol with that being said ,I ate three out of the seven lemon pepper wings that they gave me ,The order originally comes with six but I guess they gave me an extra one AnyWho out of all those wings I got sick for three days and today I’m just now recovering the bathrooms are super disgusting I will never go back there again ,and I’m just being honest if you don’t believe me go see for yourself or experience it for yourself The bathrooms will have to be remodeled for anything to look good so therefore if you want to go there today and see for yourself I’m pretty sure my words will add up maybe the wings were cooked in old grease I don’t know but either way it goes I got sick I calculating my steps and I know for a fact this place caused this mishap I advise you not to go here !!!
Service was horrible , we actually didn’t receive service at all. We had to pay to enter the hookah spot and honestly it was not worth the price. I have been to plenty of hookah spots were you don’t pay for general admission and those vibes were 100x better. We were not helped , escorted to seats , or even giving a menu. We got the attention of a sever after being there for a hour and she told us she would come back and take our Order and she never did :/. People were complaining all around us about not receiving food, missing drinks, and no help with hookah. We ended up leaving with out getting anything and without being Abel to enjoy the lounge.
If you are looking for the same ambience that [email protected] Charlotte gives....this ain't it! I went on a Friday night. Bartenders/Waitstaff was terrible - long wait for a drink, attitude when asking for a status, didnt know hookah flavors. Hookah was horrible - wasn't pulling any favor or aroma.Greenville still has alot of work to do on the YBP social scene.
First time going for date night. Great location. Good music. Its seat yourself. But waitresses didn't seem to know new tables to service so some people were annoyed. Took a while for table to be cleaned & took a while for waitress to come, so if in a hurry or really hungry this may not be the place for you. We didn't go further in, but maybe there were other tables that were already cleaned. I had honey hot wings which were SO DELICIOUS! But in all honesty... I've never been to a lounge or its been years so maybe its how it is. But we weren't in a rush & when the waitress came, she was friendly. I would go again.

Great hookah lounge, great food and great atmosphere!! Our waitress, Bre, was very sweet and did an awesome job taking care of us. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because it took a while until someone came to get our order, but other than that I would highly recommend. Also, the DJ was awesome!
Fair amount of options for some alternative diets! Wish there was more that was both gluten free and vegan, but there's a really cute atmosphere. I would definitely go back.
Everyone was friendly and the DJ kept asking us for song recommendations. Hookah did not hit that great and might need cleanings but we will be back.
Our waitress was awesome, the live music was really good , I was only disappointed in hookah charcoal, they use the cheap charcoal which contains a lot of dangerous Chemical that the next day you will have horrible headache like you drunk full bottle of henny alone, please change your hookah Charcoal for your customers health and for your awesome business. Enjoy
We visit here the night of our 1st Anniversary and Cierra the manager and our waitress was the Best! Though it was a slow night we still enjoyed ourselves and will be back Soon!
