The food was hot, fresh and so delicious! We will definitely go back!
PDQ used to be one of my favorite fast food locations. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. They have removed some of the best items from their menu, and the quality is quite poor now. I have dined there a few times recently, hoping the quality would have improved, but it seems to have gotten worse. Cold sandwiches, overcooked fries, and missing items are now the norm. It is ironic their official name is “People Dedicated to Quality” when exactly the opposite is true. The food is just bad. You are better off going to Chick-fil-A; they are actually dedicated to quality, and it is consistently reflected in their food.
They just put in a new non friendly customer order kiosk. I understand the no dine in experience because no one wants to work, Bit when you install a kiosk that is not 60+ years old friendly, you will loose customers. They had a great thing going with their chicken strips and salads….but it was too frustrating to try and order a meal fir this 60+ male. I went to the Lowes grocery across the street and bought 2 salads for the price of one at PDQ.Sorry PDQ, I won’t be back.
The chicken is fresh and flavorful. The different sauces are great. Staff was supper friendly! Great lunch spot for sure!
I was here yesterday. My son and I went. I had the grilled chicken sandwich, they left off the green goddess sauce, I took it back and noticed the chicken was dry so I asked for a fresh sandwich. The lady who helped was very nice and got the sandwich remade. Also your fries. They are not good. They were way to hard. The experience has me saying the next time we try something new we split the one meal as to not waste twice as much money and we didn’t enjoy it. Maybe I’ll give it a second chance later on but it will not be anytime soon.
Ate here for a road trip. The grilled chicken was really good. They were out of waffle fries. The cashier called the fries steak fries... just like other PDQs, the grease of the fries or chicken tastes old.The bathrooms were clean. they should clean their tables more frequently. But other than that, kind service.
Went for lunch, not busy.Lady that took order was slow and I asked for grilled instead of fried chicken fingers. I got fried but was on lunch break and didnt have time to deal with getting my order right. Just hard to get good service any where these days. Not on top of my list to return.

It was my first time here in Florida and I was very happy with how good the food was. The staff was very friendly and professional. The food had great flavor and you definitely get a lot of food for your money, recommended for sure!
This was the first time my girlfriend or I had ever been to a PDQ. Hands down phenomenal. The service was extremely friendly and quick, we had our food out and ready before the cashier had a chance to hand us our cups. The atmosphere is wonderful as well. PDQ beats out ever other mainstream chicken place. 10/10 will be returning.
