I walked in and it took them 15 min to seat us another 10 min for our server to seat us. The food looked decent but tasted mediocre. The service was horrible. Empty salt shakers on the table. The table I was sitting at didn't even have a salt shaker. They didn't even bring tortillas to the table. I never had such a bad experience. I had to request silverware when the food came out. I was not pleased with my experience.
Imma keep it real with ya fam, the exterior is gaudy as shiz nit but don't let that convince you that the food is trash.This place has the best guac you can get at a restaurant around here, unless you hate chunky guac. They have a salsa bar, which is pretty mid, but you can also ask for hot salsa which is much spicier than what you can get at the bar. The nachos come with a bean dip rather than the typical salsa.The portions themselves are generous, as you can see by the small marg pictured. They are a slight bit pricier than other Mexican places but that's accounted for in their great service and quantity of food given.
The food was delicious. Service was very good. The Salsa Bar was just great. Food was overall exquisite and I will definitely be back!

Very enjoyable lunch! Our waiter was awesome: very friendly and fast. We had taco salads and they were full of guacamole, grilled chicken, cheese and sour cream as well as a dressing. Very tasty! I needed more lettuce but that’s probably a personal preference: plus I’m in a diet! I enjoy the location closer to home in Asheville very much also. The restaurant decor was very festive with a lively vibe even for lunch. Definitely would return!

Food is always good! This trip service was only so, so. We finally had to get up to pay our bill, we kept waiting on our ticket the waitress never brought. The bathroom wasRather disgusting. Not clean and the rolls of TP were sitting on the floor instead of in the dispencer. When a bathroom isn't clean it definitely makes me think twice before returning
I always get something different and I'm never disappointed. Very good food!! They have a fajita that has bacon, jalapeños and cooked in tequila that is very tasty!
Honestly 1 star is too much for this place. Never really had great service here, but decided to try it one more time today. Absolutely horrible service. Federico was our server and he was incredibly rude. He acted like he didn’t have time for us, very short and unfriendly. We ordered drinks and an appetizer and then our meals. Our meals came, and then our appetizer after. We told him we didn’t want it anymore and he insisted he could box it up. And we reluctantly said ok as long as it was packed up neatly so the items didn’t get soggy. He brought us two boxes back and the food was just thrown in the nachos were all mixed up and looked like I wouldn’t even give it to my dog. Then brought us the check with gratuity included and the appetizer still on the check. I spoke to the manager and he informed me that he would not take off the gratuity. We explained that we’d rather pay for the appetizer and throw away the food then pay for his gratuity but the manager refused and instead took off the appetizer. Never ever will go to this restaurant again, and will make sure my family and friends know not to go as well! Huge disappointment!
