This Papa John’s had friendly service and the food is good. Order has never been wrong!
Sorry as workers.took 48 min to get pizza and i picked it up.then got home 5 min from the store it was cold and hard.charged me 16.00 for something i throwed away.workers acted like we dont care.they told me it would b ready in 20 min.
I ordered one cheese pizza for delivery. Two hours later, still no pizza. Called the store, no one picked up. Called again, same thing. Finally, I resolve to go to the store and ask in person, only to find my pizza sitting on my front porch, both cold and wet from rain. The online order tracker said it had arrived about an hour after I ordered it, so I can only conclude that it was sitting there for an entire hour, and no one saw fit to tell me they'd delivered it. I've always enjoyed Papa John's and I probably always will, but I'm sure not ordering from this branch ever again.
Pizza was horrible way to much tomato sauce and cheese sticks were so thin they looked like read sticks with a hint of cheese. Really wish I would have spent that 27$ on food that actually was what I wanted this was just trash

got a door dash order at 7:30, had 5 drivers cancel because the line took over 30 minutes to get through because their phones say they're closed (at 8 on a saturday?) and they're only open for drive through, meaning only one line for placing and picking up. A driver finally made it to the window at 9ish, they told him 10 more minutes and to please park. My order was placed an hour and a half before this, 100 minutes on one small pepperoni? Other parked customers told my driver they'd been sitting there for an hour, so he told me he had to cancel which I understand.Door dash finally tried to call Papa John's themselves to see the issue, and remember how their phones say they're closed? Doordash cancelled my order. I'm not really sure what y'all have going on at this location, but it might be in everyones best interest if y'all just closed cause it doesn't seem like ya'll are in the right profession. I'd have been fine if I could've spoken to someone who works there.
Consistent quality pizza - one of my fav'sThe online system never processed my order but they jumped right on it and had me ready and delivered to my car in about 10 minutes while I waited and gave me a nice discount and actually were very pleasant so good marks for customer service ☺️ ??
This isn't a jab on papa johns in general. This location though is sub par and in need of a massive overhaul. Complete waste of time and money if you order from here. It's worth the extra to go to a different one.
Ordered online and was notified that my pizzas were ready to pick up. Went thru drive thru to pick up piizzas, young lady at window taking order on the phone, looked at me and turned her back to the window. Never even acknowledged that I was there. Could have said someone will be with you shortly or something. Waited over 5 minutes before a young guy finally come to the window and ask who was I picking up for. Was very courteous .
The pizza was not delivered and the tracker stated it was. The manager laughed at me and argued. My kids did not get dinner and had to go to bed for school. I don't find it funny at all.
