This panera is always so slow. There's a lot of people working there, but it always seems like only two people are running around doing everything. I waited 20 minutes for a smoothie, parfait, and a tea. The one on woodruff is 5x as busy, but they don't take nearly as long as this place does.
I sat in the drive line for at 15 minutes with only 1 other person in the li e before me. It was 745 am when I got there and I left at 8 am. They were incredibly slow, and my order was wrong when I got to my work. True I should have checked but it was only 4 items thought they could have that. The cashier friendly but slow.
I ordered food tonight thru the app for delivery. Some guy name Aurturo G. (or whatever his name is) was the delivery driver refused to take my food from the employee at the restaurant, and for whatever reason he cancelled my order. I have been on the phone for the past hour with door dash trying to ensure I get every penny of my money back including the tip I left, and delivery fee. If you have a driver with this name beware, he is not professional and I am not sure how he even got a job in customer service. People that pick up trash provide better service then this guy. I have no idea why this nut cancelled my order. It is after 9, and I have not had dinner. I have never been so disgusted in my life and this man is not a stand up person at all, professional, nor reliable. Panera Bread need to have their own delivery drivers because Door Dash is not reliable at all.
the chicken noodle soup was good. I had the bacon turkey Bravo half sandwich and they only put a sliver of bacon on it so that was disappointing but other than that it was okay
Drive through wait was ridiculously long. Just to order, we had to wait about 35min. We were around the third car in line so it wasn't that the line was long nor was it packed inside.Overall the drive through took about 45 minutes. ?

They gave us the wrong sandwich it was loaded with Russian dressing and had some sort of cheese on it it was not what we ordered when I called on the road she refused to give me credit she said I could come back to the store now I’m an hour and a half down the highway it is unacceptable behavior the customer service was terrible the manager refused to make anything right and a sandwich is an edible as heat we are diabetics and we cannot eat sugar sandwiches loaded with Russian dressing I’m going to call corporate headquarters and complain it is totally unacceptable
My friend had a very complicated drive thru order for a breakfast wrap in a bowl- thank you all for being so kind and so wonderful. I appreciate the southern hospitality! ?
Terrible food. Runny and overly salty tuna. Yuck.
Went here one evening recently and the worker that helped me was very knowledgeable and polite. I believe her name was julia, and she was very helpful when I tried to order a salad that is no longer on the menu. I will definitely return!
