I ordered delivery through Paneras app, and originally ordered a chocolate chip bagel. They were out so replaced it with another option as well as gave me a free you pick two for next time. I just thought the note attached was so thoughtful. It’s the little things!****update two weeks later I was going to use it and realized they gave me an expired coupon from last year ?
Hazelnut coffee definitely interesting but not sure if i like it or not.Cinnamon roll was really good but strong yeasty odor in box.
Ordered breakfast for Curbside pickup so that we could quickly pick up before work. We paid online, received notification that the food was ready before getting to Panera, and parked in the appropriate parking spots upon arrival. The lady brought out the food and stated one of our items was unavailable and asked if we wanted to subsitute it. I declined as I didn't want either of the options presented and the lady said she would be right back and went inside. When she returned she advised that we needed to come inside with our card to receive a refund. I explained that we couldn't go in because we had to get going to work. She offered additional items however we elected to take the loss for the item. We had a similar instance with the store before, however they called prior to our arrival, so they could fix it before hand. Being consistently considerate is the key to keeping your customers coming back and sadly after today, we will not be returning back to this Panera location.
My parents and I went around 10:30 am , very nice atmosphere and food was excellent!! Very healthy!!
Went for Hot Chocolate today. I have never been more disappointed in a Hot Chocolate. I could barely taste chocolate. Once I opened the lid, after the whipped cream was gone, it was so very light. It's no wonder. They were skimpy on the chocolate. How can you screw up hot chocolate? Apparently this is a usual thing, because when I told my 13 year old about it, she said "oh yeah, they have terrible hot chocolate". Really. Come guys....make it chocolatey. Don't skimp.
Business meeting because of convenient location. Parking lot is a bit hazardous but once you get inside it is a great inviting space.
Honestly love Panera, but when I ask for extra sauce on a sandwich or an extra sauce on the side it’s been like 4 times now where I haven’t gotten it on or on the side let alone barely get any on the sandwich. Partly my fault for not double checking, but I just didn’t think it’s that hard of a thing to do. Other than that food is great.
establishment seems fairly clean, tables were regularly wiped down while i was hereupon receiving my cup for coffee and muffin order prior to entering the establishment, i noticed the self serving area for drinks was out of liquid sugar syrup, which is literally insignificant as far as being an issue; i walk up to the counter and ask the girl working if they had more, and she answers that theyll bring more out in a minutebut then another employee asks what it is i wanted (asking the other employee, so worded as "what did she want" )she says syrup, and the other person grabs the syrup in the back, and kinda shove/slid it towards me, and said "here"i ask if theyd like for me to put it out there, or leave it, which the first girl replies while obviously having a conversation with the second person, (meaning not looking at me or showing any standard customer service) to "leave it there"im like okay well thank you, which she replies curtly, "yeah"they did replace the syrup shortly after, so efficiency was up to a typical standardlater on, an employee came to my table and wiped the table down all around except where my computer was occupying. though it was no real bother, it was a bit strange, she pushed my coffee in order to wipe the table in the spots she did, (im sitting at a small round table, alone, an acceptable spot for a single dine in customer)the thing that bothered me about this, truthfully, was that i picked my coffee up to assist her task of wiping tables, and said "sorry"it was if she looked through me, said nothing, at all, whatsoever, and showed no emotion or acknowledgement that i had spoke to her (literally dont get me wrong, i dont feel as though they insulted my ancestors bc they didnt particularly care i had said anything, but it is bad customer service, at the end of the day. i say that, as a food industry veteran, ive worked every form of FOH as well as managed, and though nothing was done "wrong", it gave a terrible sense of my business/presence wasnt important enough for basic acknowledgement, which, can easily put other individuals, whom, lack the ability to understand, that, it is sincerely not that deep, into a mentality that they feel they need to complain, act rudely, or write a vicious review. i realize this is me complaining in a review, but truthfully its better to speak on it, without cursing any employees or management, if it means it can be viewed as constructive criticism, and not aggressive criticism.PSA its never okay to cuss out people handing your food, for anybody reading this thinking it might be acceptable, for whatever reason, at all, whatsoever. (directed at those reading this on google)my muffin was also very dry, but not worth attempting to have it swapped for a fresher pastry, so with a couple drops of my coffee, it softened up
I’m a huge fan of Take Two! I had the delicious and piping hot Mac and Cheese with a fresh turkey avocado BLT on sourdough. So delicious! I also ordered a birthday beverage and got $2 off a Chocolate Latte. Yum!! I love ordering ahead and getting curbside pick-up. Often I come here with my dog and it’s easy for us to order and eat comfortably outside. They even brought my pup a cup of water last time!
Autumn squash soup & deli turkey sandwich were excellent! Maria on the counter was friendly but not very helpful. Surprisingly there was no bread available to go with my soup since Panera bakes. Will go to the Augusta Rd location since they never disappoint me.Tommie
