I came in placed my to go order. When they didn’t have everything to complete my order. I settled for something else only to find out once I got home that the entire order was completely WRONG! Proceeded to call the store and absolutely no one answered! I called 4 times. There is no way to leave a message or anything. By far the worst experience at Panera Bread! If I could give a lower rating I would.
Very poor customer service. Most employees have a bad attitude and we are never asked what kind of side, just given one if we forget to request. Recently there has been no bread. Typically avoid this location since this type of service is the norm here. Would avoid if you have a choice.
Staff friendly&helpful...food cooked in timely manner...very comfy scenery

The customer service was terrible I asked for a Large Chai Tea make it extra sweet I have always ordered my Chai tea this way and the rep said I don’t know what u want we don’t do that and was very dry and said it’s Chai already in it even after I explain to add extra pumps or scoops! Then my bacon and egg cheese sandwich ad one piece of bacon and the egg burnt! I was over and don’t recommend this location ohhhh and never asked for my card
I don’t expect employees to become my lifelong friends, but after dropping 50.00 for a meal I would appreciate a thank you, enjoy, or a nod so I know everything is fine and I can pull away from window. I felt hurried as I ordered, and barely acknowledged when there. Wasn’t busy either. About an hour before closing.
Jackie, in the drive thru, will make your morning. Her positive energy is contagious and she is so uniquely personable in what is typically a quick monotonous exchange.

Great quiet Panera. Quick service, clean place. One of the only restaurants open Sunday morning for some reason. (Is this a SC thing? We were visiting and had a hard time finding open restaurants Sunday)
I love this Panera and always have great food, but today not so much. I ordered bacon, egg & cheese on Ciabatta. The receipt says what I ordered, but got this instead. The cheese was barely there and the “sausage” was horrible. Maybe it’s just a bad day, i hope so.
