Using up my gift cards, in SC, during this week's work trip. Surprised how good the experience was. Only car in drive-thru. Food was hot. Usual weak fried rice, but I'm used to it now. I get orange chicken and walnut shrimp with ( pretend) fried rice. I'm used to the surprise upcharge for shrimp. I know it's coming, but still never clear on the menu board. In my opinion. $12 for lunch is too much. But I'll just snack a meal for dinner @ hotel room
The food could have been better, the rice was hard. The sweet honey chicken was good. The broccoli in the beef and broccoli was hard and the beef was tasteless.
A few things you need to know before dining here:They do not have straws. They will NOT get straws. You will be strawless. They arent temporarily out. They outright refuse to purchase straws.Eat a snack before you go. Or you'll leave hungry most likely.The employees look like they absolutely hate their jobs. It's sort of depressing.If you do eat here, bring some seasoning for your noodles because they will be bland af.I usually give a restaurant a couple tries to make things right but I think I am going on a normal run of the mill day for these people. And I'm definitely going to ask for my money back. I thought I've had bad Chinese before coming here and I don't remember where, but I now have a vivid memory that this is the worst Chinese place I have ever been. Ill try the one in Easley when it opens because I'm told PE is good but just not this particular one.
The food was pretty good, the proportions adequate ; however, they were out of several different entrees although it was just noon and not busy.plus they were out of straws and spoons , but that's probably due to the present situation of unable to reorder/ restock.
It was good but I didn't get my full order. They forgot to give me my order of spring rolls. ? I paid for them too ?
Food was good, nothing would deserve praise, it was good. Portions were a big disappointment. Of the 5 'large' containers, the only one that was filled to the top was rice. All others were loose packed and 3/4 full. Portions were a disappointment
The only real issue I have with this restaurant is the fact that 3 days after the ice storm there was still an exceptional amount of ice in the parking lot making it quite dangerous for customers to exit and then re-enter their vehicles but the food was amazing and service was great
poor quality food served on Jan8 2022.. disappointed with service too..i ordered an Plate and asked for rice kung pao and angus beef..the guy didnt tell me the beef is extra charge nor asked me for my 2nd side for my plate... tried to forget that and when i had the rice it was not fully cooked..caused me gastric problem rest of the day...wont suggest..
Worst Panda Express ever! My boyfriend and I got our and we didn’t know what was what. Also we didn’t get our complete order, And the food was cold, definitely DON’T eat there go to any other Panda Express in Greenville but woodruff or like I get Normally Tropical grill
