Service is the complaint. Absolutely Slow. For the price you pay, the servers need to spend less time on their phones and more of a focus on their tables. 15 mins for the server to show up to table after we asked another server to take our order. Her reply, “I’ll get your server.” Glasses went empty for far to long.The plus is a great atmosphere. Just wish service would equal the atmosphere.
The location is amazing, drinks are great and we have always enjoyed the food. But tonight a $25 cheese board came with 5 slices of Muenster cheese and 5 cracker + 2 small pickles and mustard. I’d make something better for my 5 year old. It was a sad turn for a favorite place, and I hope not a trend.
Had a nice evening at Paloma Greenville. Very nice atmosphere and the staff was very customer oriented. I sat at the bar and I can't think of anything I would improve. I feasted on the Paloma Burger as my main dish. I usually give 5 ? s but I was disappointed that there was no choice of vegetables instead of fries with the meal. I am not sure if it was an anomaly but my burger was a little salty for my liking. I do intend to return for another go at it. Thank you.
Went in for drinks and small plates. Had shrimp plate and hummus plate…combined for a great share. My wife and I are celebrating our anniversary. The place was hopping on a Friday night. The Dove cocktail is a complex wonderful version of a Paloma featuring Smoked Maestro Dobel Tequilla and to die for mango jalapeño syrup. My wife had the Smoked Manhattan. It too is a complex wonder and that smokiness stays in the ice for the length of the drink. Definitely on the rocks was a Good choice. Go there and enjoy. Very enjoyable. Staff was friendly and easy to get along with.
Dec 25th, only place opened in Downtown Greenville. AWESOME AT EVERYTHING!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Beautiful restaurant/bar, great atmosphere. Wonderful staff and delicious food!
Great experience. Joe at the bar made us a couple of lions tails and they were great!
Smoked Manhattan was prepared with wet ice cubes that ended up watering it down to almost zero character. Say Uncle which uses Uncle Nearest and the most expensive drink on the menu had zero bourbon notes and only tasted of the passionfruit liquer which while good (if you want a passionfruit spritz) was not what you’re looking for. Maybe it’s just an off experience but it was an abysmal one unfortunately all for $33 before gratuity which wouldn’t have bothered me at all if the price = quality
Our server Coral was phenomenal! She was very attentive to what we needed and genuinely cared about my experience. She answered all of my questions and offered great suggestions of cocktails and food based on our likes! Definitely coming back :)
Would highly recommend visiting Paloma in Greenville, SC! Chic, but casual and mature atmosphere. The food could have been upgraded a bit, but fine as snacks while you have drinks with friends. Drinks and service, however, were great!
We had Epiphany has our server and she was fabulous. Wonderful at her job and eloquent. A very smart young lady. She made our night. Good cocktails too.
