Do not use the carbide take away on a holiday!!! Terrible customer service. They did not make us aware they were short staffed when we placed our order. A simple please pick up your order through the hostess desk would have made all the difference, but instead I had to deal with someone who blamed her double duty and accused me of attacking her because I said I was frustrated with the situation. Completely avoidable in my opinion.
We had dinner last night and had the most amazing waitress! Her name is Erica and she was wonderful! She showed up with a big smile and brought us bread and took our drink orders. She was very knowledgeable about the menu items and how they were prepared. She made some great suggestions and we ordered. Our appetizer was hot and delicious! Our entrees were also cooked perfectly and hot. Erica checked on us throughout the meal to get anything we needed and to refill our drinks. If you are looking for good meal and GREAT service, dine here and ask for Erica!
not only was our food great, but our waitress Savannah was awesome! She mastered the perfect balance between checking in on us periodically and letting us enjoy our meal. She was also really kind and helpful when it came to ordering one of the seasonal favorites. We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be asking for Savannah!
For my sons 18th birthday he asked if we could go Outback. To our surprise my MIL called the restaurant and asked if she could pay for our dinner over the phone. She went on to tell the staff that it was her grandsons birthday. The staff at the restaurant went above and beyond for my son. Everyone who was working that night signed a card for him and they also went and got him a cookie cake. The kindness shown by the staff will defiantly not be forgotten. THANK YOU for making his dinner special
Me and my fiancé went to outback in Greenville and we sat at the bar Brooke was our waiter! She was very sweet and welcoming from the time she asked us what we were having to drink. Very well serving never needed anything without her being there. Thank you brooke for being such a great bartender!!
We ordered delivery and my steak was supposed to be medium…. Not well done. My fiancé’s sweet potato wasn’t fully cooked. My frustration comes from the fact it took 78 minutes to get our order and then for my steak to be this dry is annoying. Personally I love outback but it appears the quality is significantly lower when they know you aren’t “in the restaurant”.
My family and I came in for a quick bite. They were busy but we got sat quickly. We had a wonderful server named Savannah who took great care of us. She was super friendly! The food was delicious. Next time we are in the area we will definitely eat here again.
The bread was hard & dry and I ordered my steak cooked medium but it was definitely well done. Our server was nice but I was in a hurry on a lunch break so I didn't have time to get a new steak. They weren't very busy at all for lunchtime so maybe the bread had been sitting there too long.
This is not a standalone restaurant like many Outbacks, but in a stripmall sort of retail development. Very tight parking spaces. The entryway was way too crowded with people waiting ... difficult to move in and out of the restaurant.Our waitress was good. My wife got Alice Springs Chicken, mashed potatoes, and broccoli; I got the pork medallions with pineapple, mashed potatoes, and asparagus. I asked for the pork to be well done, and none of the four medallions was, with one of them significantly undercooked, which I did not eat. What we did eat tasted good, though the portions seemed small for the price.Not a super enjoyable meal. Music was loud. We won't be going back.
Went for Valentine’s Day dinner we were seated at 6:45 which was our reservation time so that was perfect we ordered our drinks and a blooming onion which was good. Ordered our dinner I got a filet mashed potatoes and broccoli my husband got the center cut with the spiral ribs with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli…. Came out I immediately looked at my filet and knew it was going to be disgusting it looked more like a pork chop then a 23 dollar piece of steak both of our sides were cold…. The only thing that was edible was the ribs which he shared with me which were steaming hot clearly they were waiting on the ribs to be done while everything else got cold it took 45 minutes for our food to even come out. I was very disappointed with the meal and don’t think we will be going back anytime soon.
