This food truck is a true gem worth finding. My family came across them on Fairview Rd in Simpsonville. I had the Natchos. They put the chips in vertically instead of flat so that the chips don't get so soggy with their delectable toppings. Shear genius for when you have to take the meal home and don't want it completely soggy when you get there. The flavor layers pair incredible well together, with anything spicy(jerk chicken or shrimp) not overpowering or being over powered by the pico. My wife had the Sanibel Salad with shrimp. The shrimp were cooked perfectly(with a slight pop to them) and seasoned well. My son had the Paradise Jerk Tacos(you could call them Caribbean street tacos). They were light and full of flavor with simple ingredients paired together. We will definitely be tracking this truck down again and again. The owners are awesome foodies and customer oriented.

Once again, the food was plentiful and AMAZING! We drive from Lyman to Simpsonville and it’s well worth the drive.

Shout out to James and Shannon and their awesome food truck for providing the meal at our party last night. They are a great couple with some serious culinary skills. If you see them around town, stop by for a delicious taco or rice bowl. If you want a really fun way to feed your guests at a party, give them a call. Super easy to work with too!
