New server (info was offered freely), but well done during a very busy Friday evening. Food was fresh and hot, presented nicely. Tasty food and drink refills were provided proactively. Gluten free chicken parm was available to members of our party. Consistent and well done all around. My mom's favorite restaurant chain!
Me and my girls came here to eat for lunch. Our server was Edger he was awesome and made sure we had everything we needed. Food was delicious as well we even had some leftover to take home and enjoy again.
We have been to several Olive Garden restaurants in our travels and this one was the worst. We asked for a second salad and never received it. The bread sticks never arrived until we were completely done with our meal.. was told short staffed but seemed to be a few people hanging around the front desk.
The food was good but I had to clean my utensils myself. The dust wasn't as bad as some places but it was enough for me to not finish my meal. I just started feeling very OCD and nervous. Yes that's me but I usually can keep it under control. Not that day tho. I'm sorry, I usually love olive garden but since this COVID they haven't been the same. They have went down hill and yes probably because of not enough help. But these places have to be cleaned tho!!
Clean Location, Good Food, Standard Olive Garden... Seemed Short Staffed... Took awhile to get anything requested actually done. Thanks.
Love the food, service was great, time was told to be 25 minutes but got a text 10 minutes later (love it)..
The service was great. We didn't have to wait long at all to be seated. Our waitress was sweet and very helpful. She suggested a dish and it was delicious. I cant wait to go back.
It was a long wait to get seated. When we finally got seated the waiter immediately came to the table & took our drink orders. We looked over the menu while the waiter got our drinks. The waiter came back & gave us our drinks & took our orders. Then we waited again for our food & waited, the two tables seated after us got their food while we were still waiting. Finally after a long wait our food came. The waiter was polite but seemed to be in bad mood. The waiter left after giving us our food . We maybe ate two or three bites of our food when the waiter came back & brought the to go boxes while all of us were still eating, we hadn't requested them yet. We didn't say anything to the waiter about it but we felt very rushed. The waiter did keep our drinks refilled & the bread. The food was good but we were basically rushed to leave because we only ate two or three bites of food & were brought to go boxes before our food even had time to cool off completely. Then shortly after the waiter brought the check & asked if we wanted to the bread to go & drinks to go. I was still eating & my little girl was still eating & the others with us were irritated & said yes to the waiter for to go drinks & bread . The waiter left & got the items. My little girl & I were still eating, the waiter came back finally with everything. I asked for a refill on my drink because I was still eating. The waiter went to get it & several times other staff came to see if we had left yet. I finally gave up & packed the remainder of my food up & requested a bag to carry everything in. Before we left I went to the restroom & the trash was overflowing & in one of the stalls there an overflowing feminine care disposal & people had lain some of the used feminine care & wrappers on the hand bar on the wall. I chose the only clean looking stall. When I got back to our table we left the restaurant. I gave four stars because the food was good & the hostess that put our name on the waiting list & seated us was very nice & happy to talk to the customers.
Autumn was an amazing server! I don't particularly care for this type of food, my daughter does though. So I take her and I just order an appetizer. Everything was amazing. And I'll be Vince knocked off some of her chicken leftover from her fettuccine. However I will just say that our service was the best!
We consistently have good visits at every Olive Garden we've ever been to, and we've been to them in 3 different states. Anyway, the one we visited today for lunch at Laurens Road was wonderful. Our waiter was great, which made it even more pleasant. My shrimp alfredo was great. My fiance had a wonderful chicken dish (can't remember the exact name). Our breadsticks were seasoned well and fresh. The salad and soup were great. All of that very fresh and tasty. Our appetizer was ehh--just average. We probably will never order it again. Not because of anything they did wrong, but we just didn't love it. It was some kind of fried ziti. We were trying something new. Overall, it was a great visit and we have no complaints at all!
