I visited Saturday June 4th. Had a very good lunch! It's been a while since I had visited Olive Garden and it was a pleasure. I ordered chicken and shrimp carbonara which was delicious! My Friend ordered the chicken Alfredo and as an appetizer I had the chicken gnocchi soup which was very similar a chicken and dumpling soup. Very good and comforting. We also split the salad which is always great. The raspberry lemonade is a must. It's delicious. My server was Dallas and I want to state that he is a good server. That goes a really long way in the food business. He was attentive and charming! Excellent customer service. So whenever y'all go out to Olive Garden suggest Dallas! Thanks for everything and yes I'll be back! Everything was good! Even loved my little chocolates afterwards.
Visited May 12 , 2022. After being told our wait would be 20 minutes, we waited an hour, then another 15 minutes before we were waited on. We ordered the soup and salad lunch, . The bread sticks did not come until we were almost finished with the salad. When my soup came, the bowl was not even half full, and even thought I asked for another helping, it never came. The waiter never even offered refills on our drinks. He seemed much too busy carrying on conversations with a couple of select diners. I have been to this Olive Garden several times, but not sure I will ever go back.
The food was delicious. Our issue has to do with the air temperature in the restaurant. We actually had to leave due to how warm and stuffy it was due to an air system being out. We only had a few bites and then felt like we were going to pass out. Part of the back and the front areas were cool, but where we were seated was the area affected. Our waitress said it had been out for months. We won't be returning to this location until that is resolved.
Not happy with Olive Garden services.When I go to work I am getting paid to deliverHost extremely unfriendly, bar tender unfriendly. Bartend could not give us a drink that’s virgin okay fine did not offer any alternatives, we sat next to the bar and she walk around us 4 times in and out the bar and never even look at us, insane this is not the Olive Garden services I am accustomed to, ask the host to sing a happy it day song and bring us a birthday cake, host said I need to go online; after talking for 10min i realise that online form is for free cake. I did not ask for a free cake… now I am not happy because I am black I am asking for something free? Not sure… anyways food was good staff need to be train. Never again at this location for us….
We didn't even stay to eat because the manager was incredibly rude. 12 people who came in after us were set before our party of 5 (3 adults and 2 small kids). When questioned our waiting behind others being set in the booths, the manager rudely and loudly explained to us in a voice like we were third graders, "couples can have smaller tables, you have 5 people, you need a larger table." Excuse me, sir, I have a degree in hospitality management, have been trained by the best and have trained the best. I can tell a one star customer service restaurant when I'm at one. Goodbye.
I was totally excited to come to Olive Garden it was long time since we been out. I had my mouth set on some chicken Alfredo add some broccoli to it one of my favorite dishes. I allowed our waiter to talk me into of trying the shrimp scampi. Why did I try yo switch up. The shrimp scampi is the most disgusting dish I have ate at the Oliver Garden. The next time I will stick to what I know and love.
Staff are always polite and helpful. Food is good and the price is not bad. All you can eat salad and breadsticks is a favorite!
My son and I came to eat lunch hour this past Thursday. We didn't have to wait at all to get seated so that was a plus. It took about 15 to 20 minutes to get bread sticks. I ordered calamari for an appetizer which they were very chewy, mentioned it to the server, didn't make a difference. My food came out and the noodles were very dry so I asked for some more sauce. I got it about 15 minutes after asking for it so by the time I got it my food was cold. Needless to say I took the rest to go. My son substituted marinara sauce for alfredo sauce. We werent even made aware of and upcharge for that until we recieved the bill, thankfully she was able to take that off. We ran out of water a couple of times as well. The server did mention that the kitchen has received a big order so I did understand the wait on the food, bread sticks but even after food was not what it usually has been in the past. The food is still good just not great like it use to be and service wasn't very good either I assume do to shortage of employees .
Great fresh food .fast service lots of sitting space no lines to wait .
Christopher was on point tonight. Him and the female was awesome. Great service!! Went in with party of 20 and they handled everything in a very timely manner and was very courteous to everyone. They was great ?
