Food is still good! The paper plates threw me off, and it took about 40 minutes from sit down and order to eat. Food was piping hot and fresh.
The cheese steak burritos were delicious! would definitely come back again.
Best Salsa around love the friendly faces and great food
Everything is served plastic or styrofoam. I ordered nachos and got literally 8 chips on my plate. Everything tastes fine just felt cheap
My wife's favorite Mexican Restaurant in the world and pretty close to mine as well. Service is a little slow but good. Definitely put this on your to do list!

A great dining experience, hanging out with friends! The service and food were great as well as the atmosphere of the restaurant. I will visit again to sample other menu items!
Family owned and operated. Authentic Mexican Cuisine at it's finest!
I don't know how this gets place gets good ratings. Yes, the staff was attentive and friendly. I went with my two adult sons and two grandsons. The hot salsa was good, as well as the medium or regular. I asked for salsa verde, and it was ok. Much different than what I get at our home restaurant in Raleigh, NC. I order the large queso dip, and watched as the young waitress walked over to the visible microwave and nuked it in a styrofoam container. NOT healthy at all to do that, but that is how it comes, apparently! My order was the number 8. Tamale, enchilada, rice and beans. This too came on a styrofoam plate that was clearly melted from the heat of the tamale and enchilada. The tamale was ok, the enchilada, that I clearly asked for only cheese and diced raw onions inside the enchilada, came with cheese and onions, on top. UGH!! I asked if she understood, and was told yes. Guess I should not have asked for the ala carte one as well, as it to came with onions on top. The sauce, oh the sauce! Not typical of any enchilada sauce that I have ever encountered with enchiladas. It was orange, so think of chef boyardee, Raviolis in a can. That orange, and the taste, well let's say that it was just not good! I gave the benefit of the doubt and carried on, as I don't know if this is typical from the region this family is from, or the "family" recipe. It is forgettable, and not one that again, I have ever encountered on taste. One son got the 5 enchiladas with different meats inside. He too was put off by the sauce. Other son had shrimp diablo and stated it was good. The boys shared a shrimp quesadilla. They seemed to enjoy. Once we paid, we split our bill, mine was paid, my son paid, and then my son with the boys paid his. I later was asked when we arrived back to the house by my son with the boys how much my bill was. I told him 21 and change. I had the, tamale and cheese enchilada, and an extra cheese enchilada and the large queso, with tea. He stated his bill was 47 dollars. I said, your joking! He said Nope. The shrimp diablo is like 15.50 on the menu, the shrimp quesadilla was at most 8.95, which is 24.45. That means the 3 drinks were an additional 22.50???? I asked why he did not say something, he said he did, but she said it was right. HOW?? Now I know, if it were me, I would have made the person get the menu and show me how this adds up. And yes, if you are wondering, he did pay it. However, I told him he was a fool to do so! I would have been all over that and ensured that it was corrected or show me how she came up with that. He didn't get a receipt. LONG story short, we will never go back to the place and would encourage others to really think about it as well. Cannot believe this place gets the reviews they have. There are many other mexican places to choose from!!!
