Staff was awesome and ice cream was really good! We will definitely come back when I'm in town. Kids had a great time drawing pictures. ❤️
Cute decor. Ice cream is not homemade- nothing special. Every table was dirty and the two teens who were working had no personality. One had his earbuds in listening to music instead of interacting with customers. Had potential but we won’t be back.
We topped our family outing off here. It was delicious and so much decor and comics and the ice cream ? is fantastic. You must try a cereal cone too.

The place a cool, but seriously what Ice cream shop can't provide pecans..... NO WE DO NOT CARE FOR WALNUTS.... When you put pecans in the store we will be back. Going to Brusters from now on. Staff is boring in character ?
Customer service was awful at the cherrydale location. The tables were all completely filthy and covered in ice cream.. And the employee just sat on her phone in the corner. I got birthday cake ice cream in a waffle cone. Ice cream was AWFUL! SO gritty. Tasted freezer burnt. The waffle cone was stale and tasted old. Board games were all missing pieces. Won't be back.
I do not enjoy leaving negative reviews. I appear to be leaving the fourth 1-star review for this establishment within a week. We had a small, simple order, yet we were told we couldn't be checked out until the very large order before us was completed (as it had just been started.) Our ice cream began melting as we were waiting to be checked out. Not sure why orders can't be rung up on the checkout tablet in the order in which they are ready. Our total bill ended up being up seven dollars too high, but we just wanted to leave the store at that point and not argue. My best suggestion would be to hire workers who are motivated to provide the best in service.
Looked at the reviews before coming here so I was surprised to be met with such unfriendly staff. Decided to look at newest/lowest reviews to see if it was just me that had this experience. Seems to me this is a reoccurring thing lately and there is a problem that needs to be addressed. Bad day or not you don’t treat people poorly. I’m not asking for rainbows and puppies to be showered upon me and for the worker to kiss the very ground I’m walking on, but it doesn’t take much effort to say hello. I asked for recommendations on what to get and was simply told where the flavors were listed. The ice cream flavor I got was fine, not grainy like some others mentioned so perhaps it’s an issue with just that flavor, but the way the worker treated me and some other reviewers is consistent. Those of you saying her name and how friendly she is clearly know her because she isn’t wearing a name tag and does not even attempt to be friendly. Definite conflict of interest which is even worse. Doubt I will continue to support this business.
I would love to see the shop be more gluten free and dairy free friendly. For example, the dairy free cookies and cream ice cream has gluten oreo cookies, Nabisco makes gluten free Oreos too and could easily be added to the DF ice cream. Another example is the cocoa puffs cone, cocoa puff are gluten free but the shop sticks a gluten cone in the middle for stability and then it's not gluten free anymore. Gluten free conea are available too in stores. People who have celiac cannot have gluten or dairy. It's sad for kids & adults alike to be limited.
Customer service was terrible. The two employees were obviously aggravated with one another. I ordered butter pecan and when I took a bite it was disgusting. It was no sugar added, but it was very gritty as if whatever is used in it didn’t dissolve. I couldn’t eat it. I let them employees know and expected a replacement. The employee said, oh it’s sugar free and they use a different bonding agent and then completely ignored me and never offered a replacement. This was our first and last time there.
