Order is wrong 90% of the time. Last night the pico was actually spoiled. It was slimy and smelled sour. When I drove 20 minutes back to get a refund I was told “the pico is fine”.I am done with this location. The chicken is always over cooked and dry and they always mess up online orders.
Order 2 quesadillas and a burrito didn't pay no mind 2 the quesadillas cause just chicken an cheese but notice the were done fast thought they were on the ball wrong it's like they didn't even grill the quesadillas just fold an cut then in the bag had to put in the microwave to melt the cheese other than that folks were nice
they have more reasonable portions now. a good company that avoids food waste. delicious too. I'm a vegetarian so this place is perfect. they do have meat though. it's all good here ^_^
I went into the Augusta Road location a couple days ago & My experience was beyond horrible. 3 employees working & no one said welcome to Moes. My family and I started discussing what to order, as they stared us down, with nasty looks.Finally after 10-12 mins the guy making the food asked one of my family members if they were ready to order. I was trying to get everyone's order and he said again loudly "Are You ready to order!" Clearly he saw us trying to decide. So I turned around & he had some ugly comments to say, by this time my family was so upset we left .This isn't the first time we've received service like this, but we've been overlooking it for months now. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO MOES AGAIN!! I AM SO TIRED OF THIS MEDIOCRE SERVICE. HIRE PEOPLE WHO AT LEAST Are POLITE.!!!
Moes is the best because while they're fast, the food is also fresh & yummy!
Rude, disrespectful, and I'm not coming back. Got questions? Ask the guy that worked tonight on the line making food; telling us he doesn't like we took a moment before ordering our food. NOTE WE CAME IN AT MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME TO EAT BEFORE THEY CLOSED. Nobody spoke, but they spoke to everyone else and evidently the girl with the red braids thought it was funny. The black guy on the line rushing us to place our order while we decided to stay or leave because of how rude they were. We left, come here all the time, I just won't be back.
Just wanted to take my teen boys to have a nice little lunch. Walked in and was greeted and things were going great until the lady putting my burrito together almost fell asleep while doing so. Very obvious what it was from. Then she decided to make food and go to the back to eat where we could see her and did not wash her hands before she returned and put more gloves on to handle food. I’m pretty sure the manager was the man standing next to her. There’s no way her condition wasn’t completely obvious to me, my boys and other customers. Definitely not a good experience.
Moe's used to be better before the pandemic... but then again, most restaurants were!!
I had an over all very nice experience here, and the nice blonde lady still said welcome to Moe's even though she had to do it alone, I gotta respect that cuz it's probably a little embarrassing and she still did it
I love Moe's but the staff today was rude. The lady at the register needs to find a job where she doesn't need to talk to people. I was be filing a formal complaint. So disappointing!
