Very crowded because it's the place to be. Be courtesy when in line at the drive through because the entrances let others cut you off. The food was great, even with the unexpected BUFFALO sauce that added some nice heat to the new crispy ? chicken sandwich. WTG ?. Ps, order thru the app for fastest service and a nice deal option. Saved 20%.
So as the manager of this McDonald's sits in her car smoking in the front spot right next to the front door with her door open, she yells at me as I am walking in and barks "we're closed". The door was open, but fine. So I pull in behind two other cars on the inside drive through lane. Once it is my turn three cars pull into the outside lane drive through. The girl says to me after waiting in line for 5 minutes "I'll be with you in a moment". She then commences to take orders from all three cars that pulled in after me in the outside lane. This is not the first time that this manager has made the store look like a piece of trash. And I'm sure it won't be the last. I know the owner of this place and I am SHOCKED he let's this store be run like a local dive bar. Oh well. Done with McDs.
Great McDonald's. If there is ever a problem with our order, I call and they always make it right. So 5 stars.
Stopped by for a cup of coffee. It's clean and bright. The people who work here are very nice.
It is hard to beat the price and the service at the location on the corner of Hwy 14 and Woodruff Road do a good job.
I don't think they have ever gotten my order 100% right. Ordered it earlier and got pink meat and then I just ordered and they forgot my drink very cool ?
If I could give them zero stars I would. They send out food that is not edible. The burgers are black and dried out completely. The French fries were over cooked and cold. Do not waste your time here.
Awful new design for drive through. The roof doesn't cover enough when it's raining so you can't order without getting wet inside your car and the same for paying or picking up the food.
If I ever see that cashier in person... Catch an attitude one more time with me I swear. She called my friends cuss words thinking we wouldnt hear it. Shes lucky I didnt come through the window.
Nice and friendly order taker, both digital menu boards weren't working making it slightly difficult to order unless you have memorized items and pricing (assumed remodel of some kind is in effect?!)
