Traveling up from GA, we stopped in after snagging some gas nearby. We ordered food that isn’t great to ride in a car because the lobby was open and people were inside, all tables had remnants of crumbs and such but we sat our 4 boys down and wiped it up since that is what you should do to help out. Our boys stayed very quiet while we ordered and stayed in their seats, We went back to our table and an employee told us that we had to leave that the lobby is closed, we look around that others in there and wait for our order and had to politely remind them that they forgot some things in our order and left quietly, we got lucky with some picnic tables out front but as we sat, we saw the tables filling up with people eating. We have no idea why we were singled out to leave but others weren’t. I am very proud of how well my boys behave in public. The employees were clearly having a bad day as that is the only excuse for abrupt rudeness when met with politeness. We will avoid this place when passing through again.

The parking lot had trash everywhere, the inside of the store had food on the floor, dirty tables, spilled drink on drink counter, an employee came to the lobby to fix him a drink, saw the mess and went back behind the counter only to stand there and drink his drink, no napkins in lobby, employees walking around like they were in a trance, every customer that placed an order inside while I was there had a negative comment about the place. Shame, shame, shame. I expected better from McDonald's

Every encounter at this McDonald’s is disappointing and the employees are rude. The food is either incorrect, cold, or both. The wait time is ridiculous and mobile ordering is a waste of time. When calling to speak about food order being incorrect, you either get hung up on or the manager gets snippy and back handed. The most recent incident- we had been waiting 20+ minutes for the order, we received our drinks. The employee then walked away without giving us our food and then proceeded to hide in the back. The cars in the drive through were also not getting serviced and began to honk and yell. No one would come to the window.

Must be short staffed or something. I came about 0845am and waited in line over 20 minutes. I did a mobile order so I figured it would be faster but it wasn't. Don't go to this one if you are in a hurry. 7 people behind me left the line. If I hadn't already paid through the app I would have left too. The parking lot was empty and I was 3rd in line to the window. I saw a lady walk-in, get her food and drive away. I should have done walk-in. Finally got to the window, staff was nice. Overall, what a disappointment. I would never recommend to a friend nor would I come back.

Don't go in the evening if you're in any kind of hurry. Stood at the counter for almost 10 mins before someone finally said order at the kiosk. Placed the order at 6:11, another gentleman placed his at 6:13 at 6:25 he handed us his receipt and said he couldn't stay and to enjoy. We finally got our order at 6:40. Ridiculous, staff was not communicating with customers. Lobby was backed up, drive thru wrapped around the building. No apologies for the wait nothing to console a bad experience. Will go to other locations.

I ordered my phone at 9:45pm it was simple enough to where there was no need to have an hour long wait. My daughter who is disabled, ordered a kids meal, they didn’t give her a juice or a toy but I wasn’t going to show much care over that although she look forward to those little things. The food was cold and it took walking in there and standing there for 20 mins for them to finally give us our food.

Rude and Condescending. I tried to place an order through the app using a 20% promo. I gave them the order number at the drive thru. When I got to the window the girl told me I had to pay the difference. I tried to explain that I had used a promo. She insisted there was a problem with my bank. The difference was $1.08. There was not a problem with my bank. I understand they are overworked and understaffed. This did not give her the right to talk down to me. If I had time to go somewhere else I would have. I certainly will not go back here.

I remember when McDonald's was for kids. This one had a game area my kids loved. But now there is nothing for kids and the decor is so plain and cold. I know times are tight with workers now but it looked like they had plenty that day. I waited 10 minutes one a large tea before asking the workers walking by if I could please get my drink. Waited another 5 minutes. It wasn't busy. They were just walking around talking. Would be useless to complain to a manager, she was one of them. So if you go here just have an expected wait time 9f at least 20 minutes

Every visit here as been great I usually come dinner time the Male manager at night and the lady that was in the window have great customer service with hot fresh fries Absolutely love

This Mcdonalds has to be the worst I have ever been to in my life. I first ordered from their kiosk because no one was at the front register and no receipt because it was out of paper. I ordered a mcchicken, mcdouble and a 4 piece with small fries. I had my daughter with me to coming in there hungry. Long story short I was very patient with them because they were backed up apparently and i literally waited for my food for almost 1 hour! I Repeatedly asked them of my simple order that shouldn't take but 5 mins max to make. It seems that they prioritize the drive thru more than people dining in because drive thru was doing just fine it seems based on observation. It seems that they are very unorganized because even after i asked for my food up to 4-5 times they still had the order messed up. I will not be going here again and i suggest other people that visit here to be warned to wait for your food for up to an hour! Just terrible.. Fast food has turned to Slow food!
