Always good food and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend them.
Omg. I ordered DD from this place today and it was absolutely phenomenal. I didn't realize as I'd never eaten here but everything I got was so good! I got a ham and cheese sandwich, french dip, chicken tortilla soup, and Mac n cheese, all to split with my children. 10/10 recommend
Sucked. Food was not as good as it used to be. Cashier didn't know how to run the register. I used to work at the Greenwood store, opened it in 2004, and I can't believe how bad these restaurants have become. Very disappointed because I know how good they can be when ran properly.

Sandwiches are just OK. There was barely any chicken salad on my chicken salad sandwich. Service was friendly enough but overall atmosphere is pretty dull.

I did not know that there was bacon on my sandwich when I ordered when I got my sandwich it was pretty but of course with bacon I don't eat pork and when I return the sandwich they offered to make a new sandwich and when I looked at that sandwich it was burnt soggy and I was not going to come to the store ever again
McAlister's is delicious but pricey for a sandwich place. Expect to spend $15+ per person. That said the staff at the Augusta St location are awesome. Always kind and helpful.
The Staff was very nice. My Spud was gigantic and stuffed with great ingredients but luke warm.
