I called this location to let them know my order was wrong..the lady who answered the phone was laughing.She was laughing while talking to another employee..She tells me on the phone , while still laughing that the manager said I can either come get a correct order or send door dash back there.So...I do know that orders that are wrong are submitted thru door dash, but I was going to head out anyways and was going to bring it back for a corrected order until they all laughed.In my call I asked what my options were.Yes she explained my option, but was laughing with , who I assume was the manager as she indicated, I just submitted for a refund through door dash instead.My main issue...I was not even upset when I called. I knew I was heading out anyways and wanted to know my options vs. Submitting through doordash.The laughter was such a huge turn off, it was disrespectful and absolutely uncalled for.I only wish I got the names of these individuals to submit a more detailed review.

Ordered delivery from this restaurant which I hadn't frequented in ages. I ordered their giant spud potato with roast beef and toppings. I was happily surprised that it was so wonderful and tasty. I'd forgotten how LARGE their potatoes are! It was delicious and very filling. GrubHub delivered. We placed the order in the afternoon for delivery at 6 pm, and it arrived right on schedule. Will absolutely be ordering from this restaurant again soon!
Love love this stop! They are great! Tried a new one today, the Memphian. SO good! I like to get the sandwich with the fruit side, family like the macaroni or tortilla soup. I also really like their chicken salad on a croissant.... ?
The tea is always the best. The option for 1/2 sandwich and 1/2 salad or potato is my favorite. The roastbeef with cheddar and horseradish is worth a try.
Don’t bother ordering online or through a delivery service. You won’t get your entire order and then the store won’t even pick up the phone to address your issues. Expensive and cheap tasting food anyway. Total waste. Try Jason’s deli or literally anywhere else. Garbage location
I wish I could give 0 stars. The food was literally inedible. The grilled cheese was on stale bread, with half of the bread missing on one side. The chicken tortilla soup has a weird gelatinous consistency with literally no chicken.
They make lots of interesting dishes there I can't wait to go back and sit down and eat
Awful customer service. wouldnt give me a different item or refund my order. A whole meal I had to pay for sitting on the counter INEDIBLE.
Food is always good at McAlister's. I had a huge salad and my wife had potato soup. Clean dining area and very good service.
