This place use to be great. The food, the people, the service, everything was great. It is the furthest it can be from that now. We used to pick up a pizza and salad here every Friday for a few years now but they have gotten pretty bad over the past year. Incorrect orders, long waits, unfriendly and bad service- you name it. Last month, I got a green salad that they sent me home with ranch dressing. I leave 10 minutes after they say it will be ready to avoid sitting and waiting 15 minutes every time I go. Today they didn’t even put pizza sauce on my pizza!!! Pretty sad how far down this place has gone from how great they used to be!
Might be our new favorite for pizza night. Delicious pizza, and delivery tonight was actually earlier than the expected time!
Got our order wrong and delivered the wrong pizza after waiting for an hour.
I ordered my pizza online for delivery said to be delivered by 8ish, the address is 2 miles from there location they said they won't deliver to a house that is 5 minutes away from there location. The online system said that this is my store and allowed me to order it. The man on the phone was raising his voice in a rude manner. That sad part is they delivered multiple times here before.
Nobody answers the phone to make an order correct. We have an allergy in the family and pizza came with olives. Phone went directly to music, nobody answered after 45 minutes. I know people are short staffed but to ignore the phone totally is super bad business. So our money was wasted on a pizza nobody could eat and no reply.
Thank you, Marcos, for being open Christmas Eve. Your pizzas made our family and friends gathering special and tasty.
After trying to give this place more than it’s fair share of chances, I’m done. We’ve placed at least a dozen orders from this particular Marco’s and they either get cancelled, we wait 30+ minutes beyond the scheduled delivery time, or we have to ask them to make the order when we go in. Additionally, we’ve had to drive to a different Marco’s because they are out of ingredients. I’ve had to fight to get my money back when my order was cancelled and tonight, when I called the store I was placed on hold for 10 min before I gave up. If you actually want your pizza, don’t order from Marco’s.
Delivery order changed to pickup without telling me, then cancelled my order without telling me. Last time I order from here.
