We went on a Saturday morning and had a great experience. We got there early and there was no line. We ordered the Sticky Maple and the Frittaffle with sausage. The sticky maple is a fried chicken biscuit sandwich with bacon and maple syrup. It was messy but delicious! The bacon was incredible and the fried chicken was still juicy. The Frittaffle was also really good! Filled with big chunks of sausage and came with Cajun dusted potatoes on the side that were bomb.We also got the Vanilla maple latte and their special caramel toffee crunch latte. They were amazing! So flavorful and fun.The owner even stopped by and said hello, he was incredible kind. I also really liked that the cashiers asked for your dream destination instead of a name to call out because we got to sit and listen to everyone’s dream destinations as we ate. It was a really nice touch.

Biscuits are top notch. Very creative chicken biscuits for breakfast. Great maple coffee. Service was top notch on the 4th of July complete with a patriotic playlist.

We really liked the food. There was a long line and I’m not convinced that counter service is worth the wait, but the food was delicious and we left satisfied. It’s funny how they make you answer a question to call your order - today was who would play you in a movie. Made the wait less tedious as we had lively conversations about how to decide. Also as people were called out my son was googling the actors to see who they are.We had the squawking goat, fried green tomatoes, and sweet grace. Everything was really good! Wish they had trays to put the food on. It’s a good stop for breakfast or lunch if you are downtown and if you see a line I would say worth the wait at least once.

Theming was top shelf. Food was excellent. Service was fantastic. The line to order could have moved faster, but that’s the only knock. Chicken and waffles were better than most places. The plain Potatoes O’Ryan were pretty good, although slightest bit dry. I wish I had gotten them with the gravy. The specialty toffee latte was perfect.

Delicious southern comfort food served by very friendly staff. A really nice addition to the downtown restaurants. Good outdoor seating also. The building that The Maple St Biscuit Co is housed in, is actually a registered Historical Landmark in G'ville.

We received several recommendations for this restaurant. The food was nothing special but the floors, tables and chairs were filthy. I cleared a table, got a cup of hot water from the dispenser and with some napkins I cleaned our table and chairs. Staff was friendly. We ordered grits but they were skimpy on the cheese and the green onions weren’t there.

I loved the food, the staff was excellent, and the atmosphere was cityish, which I like very much. We live 12 miles away so won't go as often as we'd like, but will definitely go back.

Great food and a very cool atmosphere

First time and we loved it! Started with the fried green tomatoes, and they were super tangy! I've never tasted any quite like them, but it was great, and the breading is light and flaky not heavy. Their gravy is absolutely delicious, definitely a must try. Their apple butter is also delicious. The biscuits are nice sized, thick, and flaky, with a golden brown top. We tried the bread pudding and it was a miss for us though. They also have a fun way of calling orders, with unique questions that you answer with someone else's name: like who's your favorite musician, or who would play you in a movie about your life, etc. Friendly staff, and a great line-up of coffee's to pick and choose from. We'll be back :)

Delicious! Ordered the five and dime. Very tasty, good combo of savory/sweet. Wasn't prepared for how filling this meal would be but it was. You definitely get your money's worth.
