Steaks were quite good, several were a little off the rarity we asked for. We did have a large party, only one was way off and it was quickly replaced without a fuss. Steaks were good besides that, but it seemed a little over-priced - not terribly overpriced, but a but high.Everyone enjoyed thier food, the shrimp appetizer was a hit and was shoveled down. All the sides were pretty good as well. Good service, polite staff.

Update..........................Went last night great waitress . The Fiancees and I met my Mom and Dad all of us had great dinners . We did not have a very pleasant experience here last night at all. We went out looking to have a good night out and enjoy some drinks and good food. Our waitress was unpleasant and didn't pay much attention to us at all. We ordered drinks from the bar and appetizers. The drinks were AMAZING and the food was great, but your waitress literally killed the entire vibe of our night. We were seated right by the kitchen so she had to walk by us MULTIPLE times and did not check on us ONCE. When our drinks were done, she didn't even ask if we wanted more from the bar. She then brought our food and didn't even attempt to clear our salad and appetizer plates. Then had the audacity to say "I'll wait" while we scrambled to stack plates and move things so our food could be set down! After we got our food she never came by again, not to ask how the food was, if we needed anything, nothing. She even walked away from my sister mid-sentence when she was asking for sauce. We had to track another server down (who was very polite) to ask our server to come back out. Then she arrived with our to go order we placed at the beginning without asking if we were ready for it or if we wanted more drinks or dessert. All of us present have worked in the service industry before so we left a minimal tip bc we understand that they have to tip out the bartenders, hosts, etc. If not for that I would have left no tip at all. I understand times are hard but this girl did not even ATTEMPT to give us the time of day. When we brought it to her attention that she had gone MIA on us, she said "Sorry I had to make their salad". For 30 minutes and walking by us on multiple occasions? Your servers contribute highly to the vibe of your restaurant but with servers like that, it makes people not to want to come back again. So disappointing...
Long wait. Food was awful. Salty undercooked wings. Overcooked sirloin with overcooked mushy rice with chopped peppers in it trying to pass as Pilaf. Lukewarm ice tea with 4 ice cubes in it when I requested lots of ice. I guess it's due to Covid like everything else.
I visited the Longhorn on Greensville, SC recently and I cannot believe the experience I had. I absolutely love eating there typically, but this time was completely different. We went with a large group of people for a friends Birthday (16 total). They had us wait over an hour to be seated while they "got a table together". We finally get called in and they set us at three separate tables. One of which, was not near the rest of the party. When we asked for the rest of the party (4 people) to sit, at the very least, in the adjacent table they said they couldn't overwhelm their staff like that because one server would have to wait on 2 out of the 3 tables. (Side note: what does Longhorn think about them not filling the place in order to not overwhelm staff? Are they understaffed or do they not have experienced employees?) Had they added the 4 people to that table our server would have simply had to serve one extra table, or they could have asked the person who WAS going to serve them to take over one table in that section. The real kicker, they proceeded to sit another family in that table less than 10 minutes after our request! We kept our cool until the service was DRASTICALLY different at each table. We finished our entire meal before the kids/grandparents at the other table even received theirs. At that point we had enough so we complained. We were lucky enough to watch the servers standing around talking poorly about us after that..... at least the food was good!!!
Went in with a party of 16, waited an hour to be sat together.. only to be split up in 3 different tables. We simply questioned why.. was explained our waitress couldn’t handle 16 guests.. she didn’t.. only had one of our tables with 5 people. Asked if one of our tables (guests) could sit at the table literally right beside us and the answer was no, even had the manager come out and he said no.. wasn’t very nice or sympathetic at all and even had the waitress ask, “are you going to be staying or not!?”. After we all separately ordered our food at each separate table, they brought others in and sat them at the table we had asked for with OUR same waitress. Made absolutely no sense at all. My spouse and grandparents ordered food for theirselves and our children (table behind us) BEFORE the other tables ordered their food, the other tables all received their food, finished it all, and even our children didn’t receive their food yet.. simple tenders and fries. Worst experience I have EVER had at an establishment. Went to eat for spouses birthday, she cried with how we were treated. Didn’t make it any better that we saw and heard the waitress bad mouthing us to others and to management, who also, did the same.
Love this restaurant! My steak was perfectly cooked, tender & tasty, but it & my potato were cold. Believe it had sat waiting for our other dishes far too long. Waitress offered to bring me another steak, but with party if 18 I didnt want to still be eating while everyone was leaving! Otherwise good food!
I propose a challenge that you can rarely do except at a place like this. They have food for any budget and do a great job. Order the cheap 6oz sirloin for one person and order the Outlaw $27 steak for the other. You can actually compare it and see the difference. The outlaw is HUGE and is a great value as well, but the way it is cooked is beyond words. Don't ask for more than medium cook or you won't understand the difference. Really really good steak. The sirloin is very well cooked as well, but just the quality of meat is VASTLY different.
We had a 45 min. wait to be seated, which was fine, but once seated, we were quickly served . The food is awesome. Shrimp appetizers, steak dinner....best New Year's Eve dinner ever.
Not sure what the cause was but had indigestion for 15 hours after eating here. I sent a steak back because it was ordered medium and came out cold and looked medium rare at best. When I got it back it was greasy and tasted different than before. Could've been the candied Brussel Sprouts. They were overcooked. The service at the bar was excellent.
