Salmon was completely incinerated even though I specifically asked for medium and that I don’t like it over cooked and dry. They must have had it on the grill for 30+ minutes. Another of our party had a steak that was past well done even though he ordered medium rare. Another of our party order a sweet potato and got a baked potato. The only reason I’m give 2 stars is that the rolls, salads, and fried onion appetizer was good.
I love Logan's.Most everyone is very nice and most of the time the food is good and if something is wrong they will fix you another plate. But my husband and I went there yesterday and my chopped steak had gravy on it. I don't eat gravy. The waitress took it back and said they would cook me another one. Five minutes later someone brought one out. Now I know it takes more than five minutes to cook one. Also when you turned it over you could tell that they had tried to wipe the gravy off. I didn't eat it.They took it off but did not offer to fix another one. I won't be back
4/27/22 First time here and were welcomed by the staff at the entrance. Our server Kaylee was quick to seat us and we had no reservation. The restaurant was not crowded, clean with a charming country western theme. In no time we had water, tea and an appetizer of fried mushrooms with a horseradish sauce. Kaylee was quick to answer questions and always smiling. We had filet fresh hot rolls with cinnamon butter filet Mignon, grilled shrimp, baked potatoes and house salads for dinner. The steaks and sides were perfectly prepared and everything was delicious and fresh. Staff members were friendly and fast to bring out everything we wanted. The atmosphere is fun and family friendly. Desserts are available if you save room.Highly recommend.Tef
It makes me sad that Logan's is not what it used to be. This location was what I expected. The layout and design haven't changed. No more peanuts on the floor though which is what made this restaurant unique. The rough hewn wood planks on the wall next to our table had huge dust bunnies attached to them. The table felt sticky where the varnish was coming off from being cleaned. The menus were dirty and tattered. Our salads didn't come until the meals were being placed. On an up note the rolls were hot and fresh and our server was very friendly.
Their anything everything salad is great! Sometimes the service is slow but, which restaurants are not. It's certainly worth waiting. They also service yeast rolls.
Very disappointed, I called Saturday asking for wait time for 8 people which was 1 1/2hr. Asked if I could put our name down and the response was no, not until you get here. Got there and I was told they’re no longer accepting parties when I was told to come in and put our name down less than 8 minutes before. I’m not going to say it was a racial discrimination issue but it’s something to think about when you’re black; being told one thing on the phone and being told another when you walk in the door. Either way, it took everything in me to not raise hell for wasting our time like that but I didn’t want to seem like the stereotypical angry black woman even I though I had every right to be upset. Anyway, the positive is that we went to Red Bowl across the street where there was no wait time, we got our own room, and the food and service was amazing.
We go here often, with variable experiences. Staff is almost always great, and were today. My salad, and the rolls were excellent. My steak and baked potato, not so much. Baked potato seemed old, kinda brownish, not good. Steak was cooked properly, medium, but had no juice. It was ok. So ,overall, 3-4 stars today.
