For my wedding we decided to see if we could get Tres Leches Cake from Lechonera Latina #1. As this was the best cake we could find. I saw a chat option available on Google maps and tried it. They were very understanding and agreed to make 2 cakes for my special day. They were amazing with their service. They even added bling to the cake pans to make them amazingly beautiful. I could not be more happy with the service and with the cakes. They were delicious and beautiful.Thank you guys so much for everything!
Food was delicious. Great small restaurant with decent choices. Went here for my boyfriend who is Puerto Rican and he loved it. If I'm ever travelling through again, I will definitely stop!
My first introduction to Lechonera was praise saying it's legit Puerto Rican cuisine. Not really knowing what to expect, my first hint at just how good everything is here was when the they were using tongs to place my meat into my tray. Y'all, the meat fell right off the bone. Deliciously savory flavor permeated that entire chicken leg I had, not to mention how moist throughout. My sides were just as well-seasoned, especially the rice, and my first shot at fried plantains was a delightfully sweet and crispy experience. I will definitely be coming here again for the variety, the great flavor, and the simple joy of good food.
This brought me back to my roots, looking for Puertorican cuisine found this place and owner was an amazing host as well. Delicioso
Amazing authentic Puerto Rican food. I told my members and UPS delivery man about the Amazing Puerto Rican restaurant. When my out of state family visited I take them here.

Honestly arrived an hour before closing so there wasn't alot of choices. However the food was so good it didn't matter. We got empanadas, mofongo, arroz con gandules, ribs, sancocho, Malta
Stopped here by chance looking for a place to eat. Lovely location, they but a lot of attention to the details on the inside with the paintings on the wall. Food is awesome and very authentic. I’m from Miami with a Cuban father and this brought back a lot of fond memories and yummy food. Will be back. So excited I think we bought a little bit of everything lol
I would give it 4 & 1/2 stars so I rounded up. Pretty good prices. Good food. Good flavor. I was impressed honestly. If you want something different in the area, I would recommend checking this place out.
Had them cater our family Thanksgiving dinner. First off, I was really reluctant since I have never eaten from here as this restaurant is an hr away from me. I just went based off reviews and the fact that I did not have much of an option as there are no Puertorican restaurants near me so I decided to take a chance. So glad I did!! Everything was delicious. Definitely recommend to anyone.
