The croissants are to die for. We really enjoyed them, perfectly flaky and tasty. I had the almond and my husband plain with our coffees, which were the best in Greenville. Our son had the macarons and he recommends the cookies and cream as it was delicious.Just one cheeky recommendation which is on the interior design which is to move one of the super comfy chairs/settee and table to the front window (rather than at the back) and move the counter to the middle to make it more comfortable and make better use of the space. We thoroughly recommend.

My family approved. We had tarts and almond croissants. My wife book a class, but they are booked 6 months out. Coffee was great!

Visited a few times and they never have much of a selection on hand of croissants. Got lucky once on the almond croissant and it was delicious but Its been hit or miss each time. One employee actually said over the phone "the owner isn't here, there are no sandwiches." I dont know what that meant. So why have employees who aren't trained to make any. Its a good spot but Not looking good if this continues this way. After seeing the management's reply, I appreciate their imput although cynical as it was. My business '2 cents' were said as an unappreciated patron. Good luck

The almond croissants are the best around gvl!! Giving a 4 star tho because the chocolate croissants are NEVER available no matter what time ive stopped in. Seems like no one working wants to make anymore once the few are sold. The mixed berry ones are just ok. Definitely try the almond and hopefully someday i can find a choc one to try. Ive heard they are good and once ive heard the workers offered to make you one on the spot if you asked but i asked last time and they have just said sold out and sat back down.

Ok tried several days for croissants & bc it’s in your name - so thought they would be a staple..Nope-nada..came on a Tuesday at 10 am one broken croissant in the case, came Thursday at 11 am none & told come back at 8 am tomorrow. So promptly went down the block to Old Europe Bakery & got lovely croissants & coffee!

We dropped into this lovely French bakery/café for breakfast and were delighted to find the very best croissants we have ever tasted in the USA. Excellent, well done. (They hold classes too – if you’re passing through, check that out).

Amazing mixed berry croissant! Perfect flakiness and the croissants are huge! $7 for 2. Perfect treat on a walk in downtown ?

Amazing pastries and great service!! I ordered 30 croissants and 30 macarons for a company event, and these pastries were a smash! Not only was every employee very helpful with answering questions and helping find the best items to order, when there were some croissant casualties, they stepped in with great replacements!

I'm sure their products taste delicious, but the photos/marketing for the Croquembouche is extremely misleading. I understand when you purchase edible art it will always vary from the photo, but this is not the same product visually by any means. You are not purchasing the beautiful, detailed, unique, high end product from their website photo. In addition, the décor you see in their website photo is NOT included. More importantly they do not communicate that with you nor is it listed on their website that the details vary dependent on the weather, or *the size you purchase* or whatever else excuse that they gave me...which, it was not raining that day nor was it humid and the delivery was 20-30 minutes from their shop. Since Google won't allow me to post the photo from their website for comparison, below is just the picture of the item I received... you can go to their website and look at the Croquembouche for yourself to see how different these items are. I respectfully spoke to the owner in hopes there was an error, or that he would take the right steps to amend the situation and I provided the photo below and was basically given a plethora of excuses summed up with, "it is what it is". So just be aware. In response to his professional comment below, who would want to purchase from a café where the owner is rude, extremely pretentious and berates his customers for politely and respectfully communicating an issue. As for his comment about purchasing the "cheapest" version of this desert, I was purchasing this item for only 2 people and it still cost $95. The only thing cheap about this purchase, was the product I actually received, Vincent, you aren't doing customers a "favor" by selling false advertised goods. No clue how this guy is still in business, the croissants MUST be delicious.

This has got to be the best little spot in Greenville. Delicious freshly made macaroons, out of this world espresso, and on top of that The staff are fun and very nice, If you like ambiance with the best croissants/ pastries/ coffee in Greenville to boot, look no further than Le petit Croissant!
